    Job DescriptionGenetic Counselor Full-Time / Part-Time / Locum On-Site About the Role We are seeking experienced Genetic Counselors to explore opportunities with premier fertility and reproductive medicine programs across the United States. Positions may be full-time, part-time, or per-diem/locum, offering the chance to work closely with physicians, embryologists, and global genetic testing partners to support patients pursuing assisted reproduction through advanced genetic screening, counseling, and education. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive pre- and post-test genetic counseling for fertility patients. Interpret and communicate results from PGT-A, PGT-M, carrier screening, and related genetic tests. Provide guidance on hereditary conditions, donor screening, and reproductive options. Collaborate with clinical and laboratory teams to ensure accurate, ethical, and compassionate patient care. Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with regional and national healthcare regulations. Qualifications Master's degree in Genetic Counseling or related field. Board certification (ABGC, ABMGG, or equivalent international certification). Minimum 2 years of experience in reproductive genetics or fertility counseling preferred. Exceptional communication skills and patient-centered approach. Licensed or eligible for licensure in the U.S. A candidate must already be authorized to work in the United States; international candidates may be considered with visa sponsorship. Provides medical/clinical genetic services to individuals and families with a known or suspected inherited condition. Provides information and counseling, coordinates genetic testing, evaluates and determines individuals' and/or families' needs and makes appropriate referrals based on these evaluations.
