Katie Stein is Global COO of Mercer’s Retirement, Health and Benefits business. She joined Mercer from the Boston Consulting Group (BCG). Her experience includes the development and implementation of growth strategies, portfolio analysis, marketing and branding, competitive analysis and cost reduction Before joining BCG, Katie worked at the Center for Strategic & International Studies (CSIS), an international security think-tank, where she led a team in the research and design of strategic marketing plans and designed a customized financial planning model, as well as a consultant for Market Bridge Consulting, where she participated in numerous go-to-market strategy/implementation projects in North America, Asia and Europe Katie earned a BA at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

In this role, Mike supports the company’s strategic growth initiatives, driving the company’s financial performance and shareholder value.

Mike is a seasoned finance executive. He joined Genpact in August 2021 from National General Holdings Corp., a specialty insurance company where he served as chief financial officer and treasurer.

Prior to that, Mike was chief financial officer of the Global Insurance Division of Ally Financial, a unit of GMAC Financial Services Inc. He was also with Cerberus Capital Management Operations and Advisory Company, serving as a key leader on their financial services team. Earlier in his career Mike held financial management positions with Citigroup, KPMG, Bankers Trust Company, and Dreyfus Service Corporation.

Mike brings to Genpact strong leadership and finance experience with public companies. He has a proven track record of taking companies public, managing numerous capital offerings, developing strong buy- and sell-side investor coverage, and managing complex mergers and acquisitions. He also has partnered with internal teams to lead restructuring and integrations to grow profitable business and create significant value.

Mike is a chartered financial analyst. He earned an MBA from Hofstra University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Adelphi University.

Sanjay Srivastava is Chief Digital Officer at Genpact, a 75,000-employee digital transformation services provider and runs the Digital business, overseeing all platform, products and services globally. Sanjay is deeply rooted in the Innovation ecosystem: he is an advisor to analytics and AI startups, a limited partner in digital-focused venture fund, and a frequent speaker at various industry forums on AI, Data Science and Automation. Sanjay writes and blogs regularly on disruptive innovation; has a monthly column, Competing in a Digital First World, and was named a “Top 10 Digital Transformation Influencers to Follow.” Previously, as a tech entrepreneur, Sanjay built four startups—in edge distribution, cloud fabric, predictive algorithms and enterprise SaaS —taking each business from startup to successful acquisitions by Akamai, BMC, SunGard, and Genpact respectively. He also held operating leadership roles in other large corporations including Hewlett Packard, Akamai, and SunGard. Sanjay received his graduate degree from the University of Minnesota, earned his undergraduate degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and works out of Palo Alto, CA.

Stacy Simpson is the Chief Marketing Officer of Genpact, as well as the Global Leader of Corporate Responsibility and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.

As Chief Marketing Officer, Stacy leads global marketing and communications with a focus on further strengthening the company’s awareness, perception, and reputation to drive growth. She oversees the organization’s media, brand, demand-generation, advertising, content, and communications strategies and creates marketing innovations that drive advocacy and loyalty for the Genpact brand. Stacy has a proven track record for driving impact and change at scale through more than 25 years of marketing, branding, and communications expertise.

Stacy is a champion for building and nurturing purpose-led organizations that drive positive change for all stakeholders. As the Global Leader of Corporate Responsibility, Stacy propels Genpact’s purpose - the relentless pursuit of a world that works better for people - to create positive, lasting impact for employees, clients, communities, and shareholders. This includes oversight of the corporate social responsibility and diversity, equity, and inclusion teams. Stacy is a catalyst for making Genpact one of the most diverse, equitable, inclusive, and socially responsible companies in the world. In this role, Stacy works with leaders across the business to nurture an environment where diverse and inclusive teams drive innovation and growth for clients and communities around the world.

Stacy joined Genpact from Publicis Sapient, a leading digital consultancy, where she served as global head of marketing and communications. In this capacity, she oversaw marketing and communications strategy for the firm, leading a global, integrated marketing team in creating and executing strategies that drove demand for services and brand awareness.

Stacy also served as the senior vice president of global communications and brand marketing for IAC, a leading multimedia company with more than 100 consumer Internet and media brands, where she led the corporate and brand marketing and communications functions. She has also held senior positions at IBM and in broadcasting, public relations, media relations, and strategic communications in Washington, D.C.

Stacy graduated from Syracuse University with bachelor’s degrees in broadcast journalism and public policy.
