Your Role

Your Qualifications
6-8 years of multi-platform design or related design experience
Expertise in designing brand identity, visual identity systems including iconography and typography.
Demonstrated design success with integrated technology and digital content in physical spaces
Experience designing for digital products, systems and platforms
Heavy experience in applying design thinking to User Experience (UX) scenarios across product ecosystems (web, mobile, native app, etc) and physical/digital touchpoints as well (retail, hospitality, service design, etc)
Experience with the entire design lifecycle from concept to delivery and support
Experience managing and mentoring creative teams
Exceptional design sense and design strategy with the ability to provide clear, critical design reviews to project teams

What You Will Do

Contribute to technical reports, design documents, and presentations.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
Currently enrolled in a university program pursuing a Bachelor's Degree or higher in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering with intent to continue after the internship, unless graduating.
Completed at least two years of study in your program.
Due to the nature of work, U.S. citizenship is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with AutoCAD and an eagerness to strengthen design skills.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
Completed coursework in soil mechanics, foundation design, and/or soil lab testing.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including report and presentation preparation.
Passion for geotechnical engineering and interest in water infrastructure and dam safety.
