Qualifications * 10+ years of experience in change management, strategic communication, or organizational development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. * Proven success leading enterprise-wide change and communication programs supporting transformation or strategy deployment. * Deep understanding of change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter) and the ability to tailor them to complex, matrixed organizations. * Exceptional executive communication, storytelling, and influencing skills. * Strong project management and organizational skills with a proven ability to juggle multiple priorities. * Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Development, or related field.
