    The Product Information Management (PIM) Data Analyst is responsible for managing and enhancing the quality of product data within the organization's PIM system. This role executes a structured approach to the collection, creation, maintenance and distribution of master product data through product information management. This role is responsible for the integrity of the organization's master product data systems. JOB DUTIES Creates, inputs, reviews, approves and distributes product master data using various tools and workflows. Works with vendors and third parties to collect and update data. Manages data requests in support of business processes, new product sales initiatives, and mergers and acquisitions. Drives excellence and ensures continuous improvement in quality of data through cleansing and best practices for data construction. Provides input into the development of PIM data collection templates and workflows. Works collaboratively as a data steward within teams to ensure clear understanding of business requirements that are managed in concert with PIM data. Identifies opportunities to gain efficiencies, automate, and improve data quality. Partners with cross functional stakeholders to support business needs. Ensures data output feeds are successful, troubleshooting and/or updating as required. Performs other duties as assigned. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Typically requires a bachelor's degree in business, operations, marketing or a related field and zero (0) to two (2) years of related experience or an equivalent combination. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES Ability to work in a team environment. Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Desire to understand how things work and provide ideas for improvement. Strong analytical problem solving skills. Manages and updates pricing databases to track current and historical pricing of the company's products. Develops pricing strategies to meet customers' needs while providing a profit for the organization. Determines core business costs of service in support of pricing development. Designs, implements and maintains pricing infrastructures. Provides reporting and documentation of pricing structures and serves as the point-of-contact for pricing inquiries from AVP, Corporate Account Mangers, Compliance Mangers, and branches related to Corporate Accounts. Suggests variation in prices. Responsible for undertaking activities associated with improving market access and profitability for a range of Motion's products and services. JOB DUTIES: • Manages existing pricing structures for various types/sizes of accounts. Communicates with supported areas and personnel to get approval to load pricing for each account over a defined maximum per year in annual usage. • Uses pricing tools to work with the Corporate Account Support teams to load each of these customers' pricing matrices. • Works with management to review/implement pricing programs. • Summarizes information and develops complex reports. Evaluates effectiveness of pricing strategies and modifies pricing structures as needed. • Communicates a pricing and margin plan to all supported areas as determined by management. • Provides supported areas a list of line items where the recommended pricing structure was not followed, investigates/recommends changes to pricing algorithms to increase compliance. • Evaluates usage for accounts, establishes pricing files and adjusts item pricing as needed. • Keeps track of all expiration dates for all special pricing programs. • Obtains and manages dates and amount of all supplier price increases. • Evaluates customer impact and updates pricing structure as needed. • Performs other duties as assigned. • Analyzes customer usage and historical pricing on accounts to prepare a recommended pricing structure. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Typically requires a bachelor's degree and five (5) to seven (7) years of related experience or an equivalent combination. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES: • Must be analytical and detailed-oriented. • Must be proficient or able to become proficient with a variety of software programs and tools, pricing analysis and other pricing methodologies including proprietary tools and methods. • Excellent excel skills required. • Excellent communication skills required. • Must be able to discretely handle sensitive and highly confidential information. • The position must have a financial analysis background and be able to develop advanced spreadsheet models, charts, graphs, and develop key performance indicators (KPI's) to track pricing effectiveness. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES: * Basic hand tool familiarity required, including knowledge, use, and understanding of a tape measure and units of measurement. * Basic math experience required - i.e. making calculations of amounts, sizes, or measurements and utilizing concepts like addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. * Ability to lift 40-75lbs on a regular basis, and occasionally up to 100lbs. * Safety conscious and responsible, always wearing all required site-regulated PPE (company provided). * Ability to visually inspect machinery and equipment to ensure safe operations and quality control. * Ability to read measuring and equipment and perform basic math calculations. * Ability to operate shop equipment safely. * Excellent communication skills * Work effectively with customers, peers and management to resolve client issues. * Willingness and ability to drive company vehicles in alignment with Company policy required within one year of start date; DoT preferred.     MI Supervisor, ICR Field Service is responsible for planning, managing, reviewing, and executing the field service operations to achieve output and quality objectives of one (1) field service shop with large scale sales. This role is responsible for hiring, training, coaching a team of one to five or more employees including but not limited to Field Service Technicians, CS Representatives, and Clerical/administration. JOB DUTIES Manages and review all operating expenses at assigned facility. Manages hiring and firing of all personnel at assigned facility. Manages all inventory items assigned to facility. Oversees and review all safety and financial audits. Makes sure the location has a schedule board and it is updated daily. Makes sure all Field Service team members understand and follow all procedures and processes implemented by CI team. Monitors performance metrics and allocates resources as necessary to ensure high quality service at optimal efficiency. Develops a documented succession plan for their location. Provides coaching and feedback to all employees. Performs other duties as assigned. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Typically requires a high school diploma or GED and ten (10) or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES Specific knowledge of field service duties required. Ability to work with the team in the field when the need arises. Ability to maintain a positive attitude and productive, driven work ethic required. Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skill required. Ability to remain calm and clear-headed in an emergency required. Good communication skills required. Willingness and ability to drive company vehicles in alignment with Company policy required within one year of start date; DOT preferred. Must be in alignment with company drug free workplace and other required customer regulatory requirements. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential function of this job.
