We are seeking an experienced Estimator Project Manager to join our team in Henderson on a 12-month fixed term contract.
This role is responsible for managing projects within the maintenance and manufacturing teams, providing accurate estimation and costing, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all project scopes including planning, coordination, and quoting for major shutdowns and plant stops.
* Prepare tenders, customer quotations, and attend post-tender meetings.
* Monitor project costs and manage variations as required.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
* Coordinate with workshops or external suppliers for prefabrication and machine work.
* Implement and support workplace health and safety policies, including toolbox talks, incident investigations, and safety audits.
* Source new business opportunities to diversify the client base.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Positive, proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Trade Certificate (or equivalent) relevant to the role.
* Relevant High-Risk Licenses
* Proficient with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint).
* AutoCAD skills are desirable but not essential.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Job Description
Summary:
The Used Car Buyer will have a primary responsibility of executing a process which involves prospecting, appraising, and presenting offers to current vehicle owners with the goal of purchasing their vehicles from multiple sources for resale.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for calling, following up and scheduling appointments for customers to come in and appraise and purchase their used vehicles.
Utilize CRM for prospecting and lead generation.
Interface with current used vehicle owners from appointments set and dealership service drive with the purpose of purchasing their vehicle.
Approach, greet, and engage with dealership customers to appraise and offer to purchase their current vehicles.

Introduces guest to sales department personnel to sell them a new vehicle after purchase of their existing vehicle.
Review monthly goals with management on vehicles purchased to better utilize time and plans more effectively.
Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of experience in automotive purchasing, acquisitions, and appraisals.
Strong ability to engage with customers effectively, build rapport, and address their needs and concerns professionally.
Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive and articulate demeanor over the phone.
Ability to persistently pursue leads, maintaining a positive attitude throughout.
Comfortable using CRM software and productivity tools to manage leads and track progress.
Required:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Must be authorized to work in the USA.
Must be willing to undergo pre-employment compliance requirements: Drug testing, background check, MVR.

**Responsibilities**
+ **Customer Service Excellence & Communication** - Deliver WOW! Customer Service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear and professional automotive advice and offering installation services.
+ **Leadership & Teamwork** - Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts, ensuring smooth team collaboration and strong customer relationships.
+ **Metrics Mindedness & Process Orientation** - Maintain efficient delivery operations, meeting time and accuracy goals while following company policies.
+ **Delivery Operations** - Drive company-provided vehicles, ensuring safe and timely deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers. Load and unload parts accurately per route schedules.
+ **Returns & Pickups** - Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
+ **Safety Compliance** - Adhere to PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving and working environment.
+ **Cash & Charge Transactions** - Process customer payments securely and in accordance with company policies.
+ **Product Knowledge & Fleet Maintenance** - Stay updated on promotions and automotive products through AutoZone systems. Maintain delivery vehicles and report any issues promptly.
**Qualifications**
**What We're Looking For**
+ Minimum Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
+ Valid Driver's License & Safety Compliance: Must possess a valid driver's license and adhere to AutoZone's driver safety requirements to ensure responsible and secure vehicle operation.
+ Automotive Knowledge: Basic knowledge of automotive parts is required.
+ Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
