PHYSICAL DEMANDS
* Must be able to spend up to 8 hours standing and walking to perform warehouse duties.

You will provide leadership and strategic direction for development, delivery, installation and maintenance of current and future technologies addressing internal and external business needs related to telecommunications network engineering.

* Manage a team of engineers, providing network design, implementation, and operational support of nationwide network systems, focused on voice, video and data.

* Strong knowledge of technology industry trends, emerging technologies, and networking best practices.

The Fulfillment Inventory Control Manager guides a small team of associates, promoting collaboration and achieving results in line with business objectives surrounding inventory related processes including cycle counts, control, and quality. What You'll Do
* Lead a small team of associates to manage product flow through sites, including slotting, tracking, and velocity.
* Implement and maintain quality processes and standards through continuous improvement projects.
* Investigate, analyze, and resolve inventory variances including vendor errors or discrepancies.
* Inspect and process reverse logistics returns.
* Coordinate with other sites and departments to ensure shipment accuracy and integrity.
* Foster accountability while creating a healthy and positive working environment.
* Ensure compliance with pertinent Federal, state, and local regulations including OSHA, CDL, DOT, and MHE within supply chain site.
* Proactively identify health and safety risks, swiftly implementing resolutions, and providing coaching or training on cutting-edge best practices.
What You'll Need
* 4-6 years of experience in supply chain, fulfillment, or distribution inventory experience preferred.
* 1-3 years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
* Experience with Korber or related WMS software a plus.
* Demonstrated ability to exceed KPIs in service-oriented industries, prioritizing quality, business partnerships, and customer outcomes.
* People-first mentality with a solution-oriented approach.
