Very cutthroat at leadership level. Only concerned about their own security and non-caring about associates. Non-transparent therefore cannot trust what they tell you. No teamwork.

Too many managers and too much power Is given to mgmt instead a proper balance between them and HR.

Good work/life balance. Friendly people. Decent benefits.

Instability and restructuring.

Lots of company sponsored events.

I like the ability to work remotely
