Collaborate closely with other correctional officers and relevant personnel to ensure a secure and orderly environment. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. Must possess a valid Correctional Officer or equivalent certification. Must have experience as a Correctional Officer or similar role within the last three (3) years. Must be at least 18 years of age. Clean criminal record and ability to pass a comprehensive background check. Ability to pass a drug screening. Excellent communication, observation, and report-writing skills. Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure and in high-stress situations. Strong understanding of security protocols within facility environment. Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
