Responsibilities
Summary
This position maintains an orderly environment within assigned unit or area of facility by conducting standard operating procedures in accordance with facility policies/procedures and required Company and client contractual obligations. Daily schedules are followed and employee serves as role model for residents.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Supervises all resident movement within the assigned unit/area.
Reports resident accidents or injuries to supervisor.
Provides orientation to new residents and discharges residents.
Performs scheduled resident headcounts and completes written count reports.
Conducts daily inspections and searches of resident sleeping quarters and body searches as necessary.
Monitors eye drug testing.
Reports all resident behavioral problem incidents in writing to supervisor and conducts appropriate crisis intervention.
Collects urine samples for random and routine substance abuse screenings of residents as required.
Transports residents by company vehicle to out-of-facility appointments.
When assigned, remains at assigned security check point and monitors security cameras to maintain safe and secure orderly environment for residents during the daily scheduled activities.
Enforces the facility rules of conduct with the residents.
Supervises resident visitation.

Job Responsibilities
As the Immigration Case Manager, you will use your background in criminal justice, psychology and/or social and case management to develop, implement, and coordinate case management and individual service plans for ISAP Program Participants in conformance with program requirements.
Additional responsibilities for the Case Manager include:
Meeting with participants face-to-face regularly as required by government contractual obligations.
Developing and maintaining accurate and complete case records for all ISAP Program Participants from entry to release from ISAP, maintaining confidentiality of all records.
Conducting intake interviews and orientation sessions with each ISAP Program Participant within contractual timeframes.
Installing electronic monitoring equipment on ISAP Program Participants as necessary and monitoring compliance with electronic monitoring program.
Assisting Program Participants with acquiring travel documents from the countries of citizenship and maintaining a log of travel document information for each Program Participant.
Evaluating English proficiency of ISAP Program Participants to determine resources necessary to promote clear communication between ISAP staff and the participants.
Assess the needs and vulnerabilities of ISAP Program Participants, and connect them with appropriate resources within the community.

As the Case Manager you must have excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, and demonstrated tact when interacting with employees, community contracts, government official, and participants. Primary Purpose of Position

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
Accountable for the in-field application of policies and procedure relating to applied Radiation Protection (RP) programs. Directly manages the Radiation Protection first line Supervisors and Radiation Protection Technician activities in their daily support of plant Operations and maintenance activities.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

Primary Purpose of Position
Plans, coordinates, and manages activities associated with the development and implementation of Constellation's operations training programs at the Clean Energy Center (CEC).
Primary Duties and Accountabilities
Provides direction for and supervises the planning, analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of CEC training programs established to improve CEC and personnel performance in accordance with Constellation Department Descriptions, Policies, Procedures, and Process Descriptions. Program responsibilities include initial license training, reactor operator, senior reactor operator, non-licensed operators, shift manager, shift technical advisor, and simulator performance.
Manages post-training assessments to identify impact on personnel and CEC performance to identify training program areas needing improvement. Training improvements and corrective actions are systematically initiated, trended, analyzed and resolved.
Support CEC and fleet activities in the areas of business plan initiatives, project management, re-fuel outage support, emergency preparedness duties and special projects.
Anticipates long-range Security training needs and develops strategies and plans to meet those needs.
Assures that training facilities, equipment, materials, records, and personnel qualifications support training program goals.
Participates in Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), Institute of Nuclear Power Operations (INPO) and management audits or assessments and provides responses to audit findings.

At Associated Electric, we're looking for a driven Hydropower Asset Management Advisor to help safeguard and modernize one of the most important clean, dispatchable energy resources in our portfolio: hydropower. Your expertise will directly influence the long-term viability and value of a large federal hydropower asset portfolio under cost-based contracts and shared customer funding decisions.
This high-impact role serves as the technical advisor for Associated and a broader hydropower customer group, helping guide investment strategy and optimize operations and maintenance across approximately 60 hydropower units totally nearly 2000 MW. You'll collaborate with internal teams and federal partners to make smart, data-driven decisions that sustain performance, reduce risk, and maximize asset value.
What you'll do:
Lead hydropower project planning and oversight, from scoping through execution
Evaluate design strategies and funding priorities to optimize investment decisions
Analyze value, cost, risk, reliability and feasibility for major hydroelectric projects
Partner with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Southwestern Power Administration, and the Southwestern Power Resources Association to align on project goals
Manage budgets, technical reviews, vendor selection, and performance reporting
What you'll need:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering-or equivalent experience
At least 10 years of experience in power plant engineering, ideally with hydroelectric systems
Strong understanding of plant operations, equipment, and maintenance planning
Proficiency in project management and cost tracking tools
Familiarity with USACE directives and hydropower policy guidance (preferred)
