Shift 8am to 5pm during Winter, hours may vary based on seasonality.
Preferred experience with Class 8 truck mechanics
Supervises and provides direct leadership for technicians. Manages work flow and assigns tasks. II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Oversees the day-to-day operations of employees in the maintenance shop.
Coordinates and supervises all maintenance work and repairs, and monitors progress and quality.
Reviews driver repairs and other maintenance requests, and prepares work order documents.
Performs mechanical duties as needed.
Monitors inventory of replacement parts and restocks as needed.
Oversees personnel including coaching, training, evaluating employee performance, and conducting disciplinary action as needed. Provides input into termination, compensation, and promotion decisions.
Interprets and ensures consistent application of organizational policies and safety regulations.
Creates and submits reports as necessary.

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a determined Alarm Service Technician who embodies our core values: Service, Accountability, Customer Focus, Growth, and Integrity.
The Alarm Service Technician is a hands-on role. You will play an integral role in building and maintaining customer relationships. This role entails visiting customer sites throughout the workday installing, servicing, and inspecting low-voltage electronic security equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Experience with Alarm panels such as: 2GIG, Qolsys, Ademco, GE, DSC, DMP, and others.
Ability to troubleshoot technical problems.
Replace system components as assigned; panels, peripheral devices, audible/visual alarms, etc.
Driving to customer homes to perform service. Occasional lifting, carrying (up to 30 pounds), pushing and/or pulling; some climbing and balancing; frequent stops, kneeling, crouching and/or crawling.
Diagnose causes of problems or failures in systems for the purpose of identifying equipment and systems repair.
Customer education and training including a system demonstration.
Conduct a thorough walkthrough / site evaluation with the customer to review work order to make sure the system meets their needs and expectations.
Install and test the operations of all equipment to ensure proper functionality and signal verification required to establish service.
Identify opportunities to improve the use and functionality of the customers system and provide those recommendations.
Maintain safety practices to prevent against injury and damage to property.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace / job site, ensuring customers satisfaction after the interaction.
Requirements:
H.S. Diploma or GED
Good driving record and Valid driver's license.
Excellent customer service skills.
Working knowledge of how an alarm system operates.
Must be ok with climbing ladders and working at heights.
Must be ok working in tight spaces such as crawlspaces, attics and basements.
Low-voltage license or alarm installation certification

Responsibilities
Services intrusion, CCTV, and access control security systems.
Performs scheduled, routing preventive maintenance on a variety of equipment/systems under contract agreement by inspecting, adjusting, cleaning, and calibrating systems and checking out equipment to ensure it's in satisfactory working order
Completes maintenance, within assigned hours, in a manner that reduces emergency calls and results in achieving the goal of zero call backs
Assists with the start-up of new equipment and maintain current systems and adjusts as needed to ensure the system is operational
Installation of new equipment, plan schedules, lay out basic electrical equipment installations, and assist in the start-up and check-out of new systems installations
Presents a professional image both in personal and vehicle appearance
Performs work assignments in a safe manner in conjunction with site safety requirements

Job Requirements

Main Purpose:
The Electrical Maintenance Technician specializes in Hydrant Fuels Automation Maintenance (HFAM), is responsible for the electrical and automation systems that control government hydrant fuels operations, and has the ability to troubleshoot and maintain Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) in a highly safety-conscious environment. This role requires travel to various government sites across the United States as required by project or operational needs. While the main Government Services office is located in Tulsa, OK, this position does not require the employee to reside there. Candidates from other regions are encouraged to apply.
Essential Functions:
Conduct routine preventative maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) on industrial electrical equipment and coordinating these activities with the fuels operations team
Perform diagnostic testing and repair on the electrical components of equipment, including motors, sensors, and control panels
Conduct function testing of all pump safeties and associated emergency shutdowns
Perform testing of analog pressure transmitters and motor operated valve actuators
Troubleshoot and repair complex automation systems, with a specific focus on PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers). Experience with Emerson GE PLCs is a significant plus
Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and system configurations
Strictly adhere to all safety protocols and government regulations at all times, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel

**Job Description**
**Position Purpose:**
Provides day-to-day monitoring and basic plant and pump/booster station operations, routine lab tests and basic corrective and preventative maintenance activities.
**Primary Duties/Responsibilities:**
+ Operates equipment manually and through instrumentation panels, computer terminals and programmable logic control units following process control procedures. Monitors and observes operating conditions, records observations and data in shift log. Diagnoses basic operational problems and takes corrective action per procedure.
+ Performs routine CLAIR (cleaning, lubrication, adjustment, inspection and minor repair) on machines and related equipment which may include pumps, engines, centrifuges, generators, valves, gates, mixers, conveyors, blowers, dryers, chemical feed, odor control, disinfection equipment, vacuum filters and belt presses. Reports and documents results of work performed and enters into appropriate database. Promptly reports any operational problems with machines or equipment to Lead or Supervisor.
+ Collects water, wastewater, industrial waste, groundwater, sludge, residuals and/or gas samples according to schedule. Performs field tests (chemical, physical and biological) in order to pace chemical dosages for process and odor control units. Prepares chemical solutions, monitors supplies and recommends reorder.
+ Performs routine lab tests and prepares reports per procedure.
+ Performs routine instrument calibration for portable meters including, but not limited to, dissolved oxygen, pH, H2S, percent oxygen, lower explosive limit.
+ Learns to inspect and becomes proficient at mechanical troubleshooting to determine repairs needed. Dismantles equipment to gain access to and repairs defective parts using hand tools, power tools and precision measuring and testing devices. Re-assembles and tests equipment ensuring safe and efficient operating condition is restored. Learns to troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic and electronic equipment and instrumentation.
+ Performs manual labor including cleaning equipment, facilities and grounds as required and properly disposes of waste according to safety and environmental policies. Operates vehicles, mobile equipment and material handling equipment for operational and maintenance purposes.
+ Performs facility maintenance and repair and may replace or install light bulbs, fluorescent tubes, damaged glass, windows, doors, partitions, ceiling or floor tiles, door locks, carpet, and/or paint.
+ Learns to estimate time and material costs for various projects. May assist in other areas of facility as directed.
**Work Environment:**
+ Spends 100% of the time in operations environment.

**Qualifications**
**Education/Experience/Background:**
