What you will be doing:
* Monitors and assesses Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Warehouse Control Systems (WCS) to determine efficiency of workflow
* Identifies inefficiencies in workflow between replenishment, picking, put wall, packing, and shipping; makes wave and labor adjustments as needed
* Monitors order queue and ensures balance between replenishment, picking, put wall, packing, and shipping
* Assists wave planners on assigning and monitoring each wave
* Complete the waves in warehouse management system
* Uses forecasts to build labor plans for replenishment, picking, put wall, packing, and shipping
* Assigns maintenance requests based on operational metrics and KPIs
* Participates in frequent configuration testing of WMS and WCS for efficiencies, post system changes
* Other duties as required and assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
* High school diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalency
* Minimum 2 years related experience in operations planning
* Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); Manhattan preferred
* Experience with Warehouse Control Systems (WCS); Pyramid preferred
* PC literate with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
* Ability to apply basic calculations as related to qualities of product picked
* Ability to apply advanced calculations as related to productivity and throughput of replenishment, picking, put wall, packing, and shipping functions
* Ability to apply and utilize analytical tools to determine decisions based on customer expectations
* Ability to use effective interpersonal skills to interact and communicate with all levels of the distribution center
* Ability to write routine reports and correspondence

POSITION SUMMARY
The CSR is responsible for building rapport and trust with Clients by delivering exceptional service to them consistently. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Service
· Process and input all customer orders.
· Running and printing shipments from WMS.
· Run stock reports to check for product availability.
· Generate all related paperwork and necessary information required for customer work orders
· Checking all orders for special requests
· Expediting any order as necessary, trace orders as required and notify customer of any activity concerning their merchandise.
· Follow up with other departments to ensure the service standards are being met.
· Assure proper invoicing of accounts by verifying customers as required.
· Handles returned merchandise in an efficient manner and assure proper credit is given to the customer.
Customer Interfacing Activities
· Maintain a good working relationship with customers by responding to all inquiries and complaints concerning work-orders, invoicing, shipments, inventory management, including any signs of customer dissatisfaction.
· Act as a liaison between the warehouse and the customer in administration of accounts and between the office and customer regarding invoicing and credit changes.
Documentation
· Ensure the accuracy of all receiving and shipping documents.
· Gather and maintain all data and records relative to shipping and receiving activities.
· Assure that receiving counts match packing lists and purchase orders and that shipping count match picking documents.
· Prepare any reports concerning customer service as required by supervisors.
· Assist in resolving any discrepancies.
Data Entry
· Operate the computer terminal in a proficient manner.
· Enter and verify data regarding customer orders, shipments, receipts, physical inventories, adjustments, etc., in an accurate and timely fashion.
Clerical

RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
1. Research, analyze and identify business prospects through daily cold calling, web research, and networking for new business opportunities (on both local and out of state) whereby business travel will be necessary.
2. To establish and cultivate business relationship and set up face to face visitation with new potential customers and maintain relationships with current customers.

POSITION SUMMARY

* Will train new and existing associates on current Standard Operating Procedures, which includes but is not limited to shipping, receiving, picking, and/or quality control
* Will assist in forklift operation and certification for new and existing associates
Shipping/Receiving Responsibilities:
* Oversee and coordinate unloading of inbound shipments, orderly stacking of product, and the picking and staging of outbound shipments in accordance with the highest possible levels of productivity. Verify required inbound/outbound paperwork with drivers, ensuring that all products are properly counted.
* Efficiently and accurately load orders according to the appropriate doors and trailers.
* All shipping/receiving/picking functions will be processed as defined by the Standard Operating Procedures.

Overview
The Domestic Agent II has high visibility, is the primary contact for designated customers, and responsible for the outcome of assigned projects including customer service, tracking, routing, problem resolution, vendor compliance and customer interaction.

* Quoting, tracking and tracing domestic freight shipments moving via air/ground on a daily basis. Track overhead shipments daily and route accordingly

SUMMARY
The Senior Accountant plays a critical role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial reporting within DSV. This position is responsible for applying established accounting principles and procedures to analyze financial data, prepare timely and accurate reports, and maintain robust internal controls.
Key responsibilities include managing a wide range of general ledger activities such as revenue recognition, account reconciliations, month-end close processes, inventory reconciliations, and financial analysis. The Senior Accountant will also prepare and interpret profit center reports, investigate variances against budgets, and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
In addition, this role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, enhance efficiency, and drive cost-saving initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong technical accounting expertise with analytical skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for assigned month-end closing and reporting tasks; reviews and analyzes reports for accuracy and ensure timeliness of their submittal.
• Prepare monthly profit center reports and work with the business to understand and report fluctuation analysis to management. Monitor budget performance and provide explanations for variances upon request.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in inventory records and work to prevent future errors. Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies and losses.
• Responsible for assigned account reconciliations and resolution of reconciling items therein.
• Responsible for ensuring that Company standards and procedures are applied consistently in financial reporting. Ensures adherence to all DSV compliance and financial manuals as well as local policies; recommends new policies as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Training Responsibilities:
* Will mentor and train new and existing associates in specific distribution activities to help achieve established customer demands
* Will train new and existing associates on current Standard Operating Procedures, which includes but is not limited to shipping, receiving, picking, and/or quality control
* Will assist in forklift operation and certification for new and existing associates
Shipping/Receiving Responsibilities:
* Oversee and coordinate unloading of inbound shipments, orderly stacking of product, and the picking and staging of outbound shipments in accordance with the highest possible levels of productivity. Verify required inbound/outbound paperwork with drivers, ensuring that all products are properly counted.
* Efficiently and accurately load orders according to the appropriate doors and trailers.
* All shipping/receiving/picking functions will be processed as defined by the Standard Operating Procedures.
* Research discrepancies that may occur in the shipping and receiving process.
Customer Service:
* Responsible for always conducting yourself in a professional manner in appearance and communications.
