Ensures established security procedures are adhered to at all times.
Coordinates shipping, handling, distribution and control of promotional and Point-of-Sale items and returned instant tickets.
Assists in tracking lost packages.
Reviews and verifies terminal receipts to ensure the accuracy of the ticket returns.
Maintains accurate information regarding shipments of promotional and POS items to district offices, labeling, inventory of shipments received.
Operates forklift.
Uses Enterprise System for data entry and file maintenance.
Able to routinely lift and carry moderately heavy (up to 50 lbs.) materials and supplies.
Communicates with vendors of the Georgia Lottery Corporation.
Prepares, maintains and updates files and logs following prescribed methods.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTSHigh School Diploma (or GED) required, with one to two or more years of warehouse experience. Strong Data entry skills, with experience in Microsoft Office suite preferred. Ability to routinely lift and carry moderately heavy (up to 50 lbs.) materials and supplies. Forklift Operator certification desired or must be obtained within the first ninety (90) days. JOB SUMMARY
The purpose of this job is to direct and manage all Information Technology, Project Management, Information Security, Quality Assurance, Software Development, Datacenter, and Operational staff and related projects for the Georgia Lottery Corporation (GLC). This position will work closely with vendors contracted by the GLC, including the Gaming System, Internal Control System, and Instant Ticket System vendors, to implement technology or software solutions. This position will work with all business teams to develop and maintain strategic project business and technology plans.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the Technology and Operations Division which includes the Information Security Department, Quality Assurance Department, Information Technology Department, Project Management Office, Software Development Department, Datacenter, and operations support staff.
Work with Department Directors to ensure Business and Technology projects are well coordinated, planned, and delivered within agreed-upon schedules.
Review and approve all technology billing and invoicing to ensure adherence to approved contracts and budgets.
Work closely with gaming vendor partners daily to ensure vendor(s) meet operational expectations and project deliverable timelines.
Coordinate with all business units to develop and maintain the corporate strategic business plan of gaming and technology initiatives.
Establish long-term needs for information systems and plans strategy for developing systems and acquiring hardware to meet application needs.
Ensure confidentiality and reliability of corporate data, proprietary information, and intellectual property.
Coordinate and implement gaming system enhancements, conversions, and updates with the Gaming System vendor, Instant Ticket vendor and all GLC departments.
Maintain the Internal Control System in coordination with selected vendor. Develop and maintain processes and procedures to ensure compliance with multi-state draw game regulations.
Develop and maintain departmental budgets.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related field required; minimum of ten years of experience in the information technology field; minimum of five years of senior level of technology management experience. Lottery or gaming operations preferred.; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job.

JOB SUMMARY

Minimum Training and Experience Required to Perform Essential Job Functions
Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Advertising, Marketing, or Business preferred, with one to three or more years of special events planning or public relations experience preferred; must have excellent organizational and communication skills. JOB SUMMARYThe purpose of this position is to analyze, reconcile and monitor the financial results of all Lottery Games. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDuties may include, but are not limited to:
Preparation of sales reports for weekly/periodic distribution to GLC management.
Monitor, reconcile and post daily and weekly game financial activity to the general ledger system.
Financial reconciliations and analyses of sales, prize liability and profitability of all Lottery games.
Maintain a timely and accurate file of all instant game work papers concerning prize structures and end of production activity.
Provide liaison services between Finance, IT and Marketing on instant game introductions, closings, modifications and working paper logistics.
Preparation of analysis and journal entry adjustments for all closings of individual instant games.
Reconciliation and monitoring of game-related general ledger accounts.
Performs QA testing on new games prior to launch.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
A minimum of three years of finance or accounting experience is required.
Experience in product/product line accounting and financial analysis is strongly preferred.
Any combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills and abilities for this job.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year

Job Summary:
The purpose of this job is to conduct audits / investigations / reviews of the operations within the Georgia Lottery Corporation (GLC) and with its service providers, when applicable. Duties include but are not limited to conducting audit activities focusing on identifying and addressing potential losses from fraud, waste, or abuse, evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls, determining the adequacy and effectiveness of key systems and processes, providing recommendations for operational and control improvements, and performing other tasks as assigned by the Internal Audit Director.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Performs audit work in accordance with the
International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing
. Adheres to the principles stipulated within The Institute of Internal Auditors
Code of Conduct

Participates in pre-audit planning and preparation including, but not limited to, conducting entrance conferences, evaluating the control environment, performing risk assessments, identifying the control activities, evaluating the information and communication systems, and identifying monitoring processes in place. These may be achieved through the development of questionnaires, interviews with appropriate persons in each audit area, and observations of functional activities.
Develops audit scope and objectives based on risk and control environment of the area / function being reviewed; creates an effective risk-based audit program for the activities being reviewed.
Obtains, analyzes, and appraises evidentiary data as a base for an informed, objective opinion on the adequacy and effectiveness of the system / process and the efficiency of the performance of the activities being reviewed.
Supports audit opinions and conclusions through the creation and preservation of audit workpapers.
Establishes and maintains productive relationships with management; effectively makes oral presentations to management during and at the conclusion of audit activities, discussing deficiencies and corrective action plans.
Works with management to develop SMART (specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and timely) corrective action plans to remediate deficiencies. Performs follow-up activities as necessary to determine if appropriate corrective actions have been taken.
Prepares formal, written reports, expressing opinions on the adequacy and effectiveness of the system / process, and the efficiency of the performance of the activities being reviewed.
Analyzes the GLCs existing and proposed operational procedures, processes, and systems and recommends improvements.
Assists assistance to external auditors as needed.
Prepares, maintains, and updates records with the upmost confidentiality, data security, and security.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Criminal Justice, Finance, or Risk Management with a minimum of five years of progressively responsible internal or external auditing or law enforcement experience is preferred. A professional certification (e.g., Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), or Certified Public Accountant CPA) is desirable. Any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job may be considered.
