Key Functions:
Performs highly skilled mechanical maintenance tasks including installation.
Repairs and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment. This may include, but not limited to, such equipment as motors, pneumatic, hydraulic and conveyor systems.
In downtime situations, must be able to analyze cause of breakdown with equipment.
Must also determine and carry out maintenance of repair actions required to return the equipment to effective operating conditions.

Qualifications:

Program and troubleshoot Allen Bradley/Rockwell PLC's and Rockwell and HMI's.
Program, troubleshoot, and calibrate a variety of instruments including pressure, temperature and flow transmitters,
density scanners, moisture detectors, load cells, encoders, and Fisher valves.
Maintain data collection servers and communications.
Install and troubleshoot communications related connectivity and PLC I/O field wiring.
Maintain and troubleshoot backup generators and UPS system, spark and explosion detection/prevention system.
Work with a diverse set of applications including HMI/Visualization programs such as RSLinx, RSview, PanelView,
FactoryTalk View. Fiber optics, CAT-6, media converters and AB industrial switches. Communication protocols such as
EthernetIP, OPC, DeviceNet. Control systems including PLC5, Micrologix, ControlLogix, and I/O including digital and
analog feedback & control.
Virtualization software such as VMWare Player/Workstation and Hypervisor.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Three (3) years of experience in industrial electrical work that includes: electrical design, schematics, and panel layout; programming drives, PLC's and HMI's.
Ability to read and understand blueprints and electrical schematics.
Ability to use maintenance tools.
Strong computer skills.
Good communications skills and team skills.

Overview:
The Durham Bulls are seeking production focused individuals who are interested in joining the most iconic brand in Minor League Baseball and gaining experience in the sports industry. This position will support the game operations team through in-park game production to help create the best show in Minor League Baseball. This is a part-time, seasonal, game day position.
Key Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
* Operatecontrol room systems, including Xpressions, ROSS Carbonite Switch Board, 3PLAY replay, Music Operations,and PVP
* Follow game-day scripts and director cues to execute seamlessgameday show operation
* Work closely with the Director, Producers, and other production team members to ensure cohesive execution of the game-day show
* Communicate clearly and promptly to address real-time changes, technical issues, or last-minute updates
* Assistwith pre-game setup, testing, and troubleshooting of production equipment (graphics systems, switchers, replay devices, scoreboard components)
Required Qualifications:
Proficiency in at least one of the following areas:
* Graphics: Ross Xpression or similar live graphics systems
* Switching: NewTekTricaster, Ross Carbonite, or comparable videoswitchers
* Replay: NewTek3Play, EVS, or related replay technology
* Understanding oflive sports production workflows and timing
* Basic knowledge of baseball rules, terminology, and game flow
* Strong attention to detail and ability to perform accurately under pressure
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to follow direction and adapt quickly in a fast-paced live environment
* Focus and composure during high-energy, noisy events
* Must be available forat least half of Durham Bulls home games, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Essential Functions
Perform preventative maintenance, general maintenance, inspections, and installations/repairs to building, grounds, and building equipment, so businesses continues to run smoothly and that the physical condition does not deteriorate. This includes painting buildings and equipment.
Notify the Manager concerning the need for major repairs.
General maintenance duties include, but are not limited to, gathering/emptying trash, service, cleaning, and supplying restrooms, cleaning building floor by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming, cleaning windows and mirrors, dusting furniture, walls, fixture, and office machines, sweep outdoor walkways, trim vegetation/grass, and keep grounds free of littler and weeds.
During rainy conditions, cover retail displays; ensure rain drainage areas are free of debris
Follow manufacturer procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
High degrees of self-motivation and the ability to work independently and as a team within the scope of established rules and regulations.
Working knowledge of tools and equipment used in maintenance and construction
Ability to apply basic knowledge in multiple areas of carpentry, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems, building maintenance, groundskeeping, and equipment repair
Ability to watch gauges, dials, or other indicators to make sure a machine is working properly.
Ability to establish and maintain professional and effective working relationships with employees, supervisors, other departments, and external entities

The Field Resource Inspector will work independently or with other resources depending on the task being performed. The Field Resource Inspector will complete and be responsible for all types of job site inspections including: TremCare, Job Site, QA and QA Plus. The Inspection technician is responsible for daily review and performance of safety, efficiency, and quality as it relates to the performance of inspection services. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Field Resource Inspection Technician is responsible for performing the inspection services. They are to be on time and complete work scheduled. The Inspection Technician will perform all services in a professional manner as it pertains to conduct, appearance and communication.
All required job information should be completed promptly via the required tools and resources.
Must be familiar with all forms of low slope roofing systems.
Must be knowledgeable with Tremco line of products and proper applications
Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Review and confirm all work orders scheduled.
Completion of all safety related activities using the designated tools mandated by Tremco
Take photos to document phases of work performed on the job
Job Site Inspection specific:
