PRIMARY FUNCTION:
The primary function of a Dedicated Final Mile Fleet Manager is to utilize coaching and leadership skills to manage dedicated drivers and achieve specific goals. These goals include meeting pick-up and delivery requirements, maximizing revenue, driver productivity and other established company goals, retaining drivers, and achieving an excellent safety record.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Track drivers through their daily delivery schedule to ensure on-time delivery expectations are begin met.

JOB INFORMATION: Job Title: Software Developer Department(s): 5072 - Information Technology FLSA Status: Exempt Under the supervision of the Director of IT - Application Development, the Software Developer designs, develops, tests, and implements new software solutions to include modifying, upgrading and supporting existing systems. Works with personnel across multiple departments to gather information, analyze process and system requirements and define system objectives.

JOB DUTIES:
* Design, develop, test, and maintain new software applications along with providing enhancements to existing systems.
* Prepare and maintain technical documentation for application programs and internal systems.
* Support and train users by developing documentation and assistance tools as the project is being implemented.
* Troubleshoot and provide problem solving with assistance and guidance to users on software/application issues.
* Understand the needs of internal and external customers in order to provide the best solutions.
* Recommend system solutions by providing comparison of in-house development and off-the-shelf alternatives.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills required.Knowledge of Oracle and SQL Server database, SQL and PL/SQL programming, and Mobile App Development desired.Knowledge of AI/ML Concepts and Implementation desired.The ability to deal effectively and professionally with the GPA staff on all levels as well as customers and the general public required.
Experience
* Experience in developing Web Applications using Java, Groovy, Python, REST, JSP, Servlets, JavaScript and CSS. Required

Education

* Maintains status and locations of department public safety personnel.

* Process CHAX checks through remote deposits.
* Handle multiple EFT transactions throughout the week.
* Pursues continuous improvement and personal growth through training, coaching, manager interactions, and active participation in Smurfit Westrock's performance management process.
* Take part in projects and initiatives within the Cash Application Department.
* Complete other miscellaneous duties assigned by management.
* Assist with meeting departmental KPIs and key performance metrics.
