Pros

It was a great company to work for that cared about its customers, employees, and the environment. There were terrific Christian people who worked there and it was like having a huge, wonderful family. We did alot of team building, charity work and raised funds to regularly support local organizations with good causes.

Cons

It used to be a great place to work for the employees. But nowadays, it's all about meeting the shareholders 10 to 12% increase which requires us to cut heads and work harder with less people. Increasing the already substantial amount of stress we go through not knowing whose job will be eliminated or added to another position. I also don't care for the way we have moved away from being there for the customer.

Benefits

My favorite benefit was PPP, an annual bonus check according to how the company is performing.

Cons

The commute was too far for me before I started working from home.
