Nothing, it is an excellent place to work.
Retirement and health benefits
It was a great company to work for that cared about its customers, employees, and the environment. There were terrific Christian people who worked there and it was like having a huge, wonderful family. We did alot of team building, charity work and raised funds to regularly support local organizations with good causes.
It used to be a great place to work for the employees. But nowadays, it's all about meeting the shareholders 10 to 12% increase which requires us to cut heads and work harder with less people. Increasing the already substantial amount of stress we go through not knowing whose job will be eliminated or added to another position. I also don't care for the way we have moved away from being there for the customer.
My favorite benefit was PPP, an annual bonus check according to how the company is performing.
I got along with the people immediately. I was finally able to work and see my children on the same day. My schedule was accommodating and it paid very well.
The commute was too far for me before I started working from home.
The bonuses were an major incentive and the opportunities for growth were abundant.
