Job Summary
Responds to telephone, email, chat, and in-person technical support requests. Accurately diagnoses and resolves advanced computer, application, system, access, and performance issues. Utilizes ITSM knowledge base and other online resources to research, troubleshoot, and deliver solutions. Advises users on the methods, steps, and actions to resolve and avoid future issues and provides documentation as needed. Documents all work performed using ITSM system. Escalates problems to appropriate levels or teams to achieve issue resolution. Trains and mentors less experienced team members. May support campus hardware and/or software installation and upgrade initiatives. Fulfills all service level standards for response time and quality.
Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responds professionally to all customer inquiries in a timely manner using all relevant modes - telephone, email, ITSM ticket system, chat, video, or in-person
2. Attempts to resolve user issues on first contact using ITSM knowledge base, remote assistance tools, online resources, team collaboration and comprehensive troubleshooting
3. Thoroughly documents troubleshooting steps, collects required information, and properly categorizes all customer inquiries in the ITSM ticket system following established procedures
4. Navigates and resolves a broad range of undocumented/complex issues using experience and
5. Performs advanced troubleshooting, documents all work performed and collects appropriate data to resolve technical issues prior to resolution or escalation research to find solutions
6. Addresses user problems utilizing experience and research to find potential solutions
7. Routinely addresses advanced technical issues and escalates as appropriate
8. Communicates with customers in a timely manner and verifies that issues are satisfactorily resolved
9. Systematically interprets user problems and identifies solutions and possible side effects
10. Creates and maintains support documentation in the ITSM knowledge base
11. Assists customers at the Walk-Up Support Window with IT equipment checkout or with questions about campus hardware or software
12. Assists with providing timely campus communications regarding the operational status of systems and services
13. Mentors, trains, and handles escalations from other service desk and/or student staff
14. May direct student employees or step in for managers as needed
15. Ensures that solutions follow UITS and KSU policies and best practices
Required Qualifications
Educational Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Required Experience
Two (2) years of technical support experience, customer service experience or a combination of the two.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field and three years of procurement, business management or related experience OR an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
* CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) preferred.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or equivalent strongly preferred.

Candidates should be outstanding mid-career scholars who have demonstrated excellence in health policy, health economics, health services, and/or healthcare management research. Faculty in the department are expected to lead an independent, externally funded research program, and teach and mentor in the department's Master of Public Health (MPH), Master of Science in Public Health (MSPH), Master of Health Administration (MHA), and PhD programs. * Assists in the strategic planning, design, and production of advancement communications materials in Advancement and Alumni Engagement.

Join the 30+ faculty in the Division of Emergency and Trauma Imaging in the Department of Radiology and Imaging Sciences at Emory University/Grady Memorial Hospital. We are seeking a full-time remote Trauma Radiologist to read high volume, high acuity trauma cases at one of the most renowned teaching Level 1 Trauma hospitals in the Southeast. Position opening is for expansion due to increased volume.
* This early overnight position rotates 1 week on (7 days, 9-hour shifts, 6p-3am EST M-F, 4-Midnight EST Sat-Sun) and 2 weeks off (inclusive of recovery, vacation, CME, academic days). This equates to 17 weeks per year. Remote from anywhere in the USA except New Jersey, Hawaii, or Alaska.
* Read exclusively for Grady Memorial Hospital, one of the Southeast's busiest Level 1 trauma centers. Some interpretations provided in conjunction with on-site trainees.
* The primary clinical scope will predominately involve trauma imaging (CT Head/C-Spine/Face, CTA Trauma CAP, CTA Runoffs, XR) working alongside a dedicated emergency neuroradiologist with the same hours as well as dedicated evening and overnight trauma radiologists.
* Communication with other faculty and on-site trainees in primarily via Teams.

Candidates should have an interest in trauma imaging, possess strong clinical skills in multiple modalities, thrive in a fast-paced emergency setting and work well in collaboration with other radiologists. The Division of Advancement and Alumni Engagement utilizes resources, technology, and business for the purpose of constituent engagement, donor research and solicitation, and stewardship throughout Emory University and Health Systems. Our mission is to inspire and steward meaningful, lasting relationships that elevate engagement and giving to fulfill Emory's mission to serve humanity. We are currently seeking a Lead Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations.
The Corporate and Foundation Relations team partners with schools and units across Emory University and Emory Healthcare to provide corporate and foundation fundraising and engagement through the development of mutually beneficial relationships. By working with Emory faculty and leadership, they create awareness of Emory's distinctive strengths with a range of philanthropic organizations. This position will report to the Managing Senior Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Creates and implements strategies for managing foundation and corporate prospects and soliciting them for major and transformational gifts.
* Leads this process with school/unit Development Directors, Deans, Faculty, and University Leadership.
* Partners with advancement officers, faculty, and Emory University and Emory Healthcare leadership to drive enterprise-wide efforts to increase philanthropic support from foundations and corporations, corporate executive and employee engagement, economic development and entrepreneurship, research collaborations, and corporate student engagement.
* Proactively identifies, stewards, and cultivates an active portfolio of foundation and corporate prospects on behalf of a school/unit.
* Stays apprised of industry best practices.
* Develops and negotiates school/unit programmatic project ideas for funding consideration aligning school/unit needs with foundation and corporate goals/interests.
* Leads meetings and partnerships between prospects, schools/unit and central Foundation and Corporate Relations offices.
* Serves as primary liaison between school/unit and central Foundation and Corporate Relations offices.
* Writes/prepares complex proposals for submission to prospects.
* Stays abreast of complex application or solicitation requirements.
* Writes, reviews, and edits letters, briefings, and other fundraising materials.
* Communicates and negotiates ideas in ways that are donor-centric, while also beneficial to Emory.
* Identifies foundation and corporate prospects to be researched to evaluate feasibility/alignment with interests/goals.
* Oversees maintenance of records and reports.
* Hosts campus visits.
* Travels to meet with donors as needed.
* Performs related responsibilities as required.
ADDITIONAL JOB DETAILS: In addition to the duties outlined above, the Lead Director may be required to:
* Meet department metrics for visit preparation, qualification, contact reports, visits, referrals, and accurate coding using the CRM system.
* Represent the department, school/unit, division, or University.
* May manage a board and engage volunteers or broad solicitation program.
* This position requires coming in person two days a week.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's degree and six years of experience in corporate and/or foundation setting, or related field.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Successful candidates will have experience as a lead solicitor, closing annual and major gifts of ($100,000+) from foundation or corporate prospects.
* Prior experience working with comprehensive campaigns, alumni engagement, non-profit, or a university setting.
* Experience working with various technologies including advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite, mass email applications, database and project management software, and CRM systems.
* Strong leadership, interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving skills with attention to detail, the ability to work with ambiguity, navigate a complex work environment, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Experience leading teams, working independently as well as collaboratively to achieve goals, with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as effective presentation skills.
* Flexibility to accommodate changing priorities and deadlines.
* Experience reading, analyzing, designing, and executing fundraising processes and procedures.
* Possess a high level of professionalism and commitment to confidentiality with sound judgment and discretion.
NOTE: This role will be granted the opportunity to work from home regularly but must be able to commute to Emory University on a flexible weekly schedule based upon business needs. Schedule is based on agreed upon guidelines of department. This role requires residency in the state of GA. Emory reserves the right to change remote work status with notice to employee.

The Disaster Recovery Analyst is responsible for coordinating and implementing aspects of Emory's enterprise-wide disaster recovery program which spans both university and healthcare lines of business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Serves as a subject matter expert for IT disaster recovery within the institution.
* Collaborates closely with key IT and business stakeholders to develop, implement, and test disaster recovery plans and procedures.
* Supports alignment with Emory's Business Continuity and Critical Event Preparedness and Response programs.
* Assists with the development and maintenance of disaster recovery policies, procedures, guidance and training and monitors adherence to disaster recovery requirements.
* Coordinates efforts to maintain a central repository of disaster recovery documentation, artifacts, plans, test results, and other information necessary to effectively recover from adverse events.
* Implements disaster recovery governance processes.
* Contributes to regular executive level reporting on the status of the disaster recovery program.
* Administers and maintains tools and data used to facilitate management of the disaster recovery program.
* Coordinates and executes the testing processes utilized to validate the disaster recovery plans.
* Maintains recovery and testing records in a controlled repository, and control access to and distribution of the results to authorized personnel.
* Plays a coordinating role in the recovery of systems in response to actual adverse events.
* Stays informed of current state of the art disaster recovery and business continuity best practices.
* Maintains situational awareness of the latest security threats and vulnerabilities and those most likely to lead to adverse events.
* Performs other related duties as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
* A bachelor's degree and three years of related IT experience including demonstrated technical expertise in business continuity or disaster recovery, project management skills, OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
* Knowledge of technical architecture for applications, databases, and networking, including cloud.
* Excellent team participation skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Maintains high standards of personal integrity, whilst demonstrating respect for other viewpoints.
* Knowledge of disaster recovery technologies, methodologies, and practices in policy, standards, and best practices.
* The following certifications are preferred: ABCP - Associate Business Continuity Professional (DRI), CBRITP - Certified Business Resilience IT Professional, DRCP - Disaster Recovery Certified Planner, EDRP - EC-Council's Disaster Recovery Professional.
