Journeyman position requires 3 years of experience and Apprentice position requires 1 year of experience

Desired qualifications:

Desired experience includes SDE; ArcGIS tools including ArcMap, Arc Catalog, ArcToolbox. Aditionally experience with NES, IEC and Active EarthScape is also highly desired.

BAE Systems is currently seeking a Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) analyst who is interested in joining a team of professionals providing direct intelligence support to the Global War on Terror. The successful candidate will be a part of an Aerial Reconnaissance Surveillance Team based out of Fort Gordon, GA. Successful candidates must be able to work a rotating shift schedule, to include holidays and weekends, which can be changed at any time by the customer. GEOINT Analysts are expected to exploit Imagery and FMV collected by sensors on ISR platforms, applying related intelligence information to the overall analysis as well as using an electronic light table to exploit NTM imagery in softcopy. Imagery-derived products and reports are created by the GEOINT team and published for distribution. Candidates will also need to compile intelligence materials for use in briefings to high-level government personnel.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills Minimum Skills & Experience Required Include:

* At least ten(10) years of experience in tactical intelligence analysis, Python, scripting and advanced geospatial modeling.
* A minimum of six (6) years of experience with GEOINT Exploitation and reporting
* Experience and proficiency using at least three of the following systems or software:

MAAS, DCGS-A, PIDGIN, SOCET GXP, ArcGIS, GETS, FalconView, AIMES, TIGR, NGDS, OMAR, TLV, UNICORN, and/or CENTAUR
* Experience and proficiency using Microsoft Office and Google Earth

Minimum Education Required Include:

* A completed Masters or Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of applied GEOINT experience (within the past 5 years)

OR

* A completed Associates Degree or High School Diploma with 8 years of applied GEOINT experience (within the past 5 years)

Qualifications

• Requires 8 to 10 years with BS/BA or 6 to 8 years with MS/MA or 3 to 5 years with PhD.
• Undergraduate degree (or 5 year's equivalent experience, however meeting the degree requirement is preferred) in a field related to the position
• Minimum 6 years in geospatial analysis
• Minimum five years of demonstrated experience with at least three of the following: SIGINT, IMINT, MASINT, HUMINT, or OSINT collection capabilities and dissemination systems
• Demonstrated experience with complex and advanced geospatial analyses including: change detection, feature extraction from imagery, view she analysis, cost-distance analysis, travel-time analysis, and advanced multi-criteria analyses using complex array of data inputs
• Fluency with GIS tool suites, including ESRI and Google Earth
• Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced dynamic environment, multi-task, organize and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision
• Demonstrated ability to prepare formal written reports and present formal briefings
• Demonstrated ability to research, analyze, prioritize effectively, problem solve, synthesize large amounts of data and information
• Demonstrated experience analyzing current and emerging intelligence issues
• Demonstrated experience crafting intelligence reports
• Demonstrated experience with cable system

Desired Qualifications

• Excellent verbal skills; communicate through briefs and informal communications their targeting and analysis effort to technical and non-technical audience
• Excellent writing skills; ability to read and write cables, as well as other written products (Intels, Analytic products, etc.) as needed
