Rick Wallace serves as the Chief Executive Officer and President of KLA Corporation as well as a member of the company’s Board of Directors. Wallace began as an applications engineer at KLA Instruments in 1988, and has held various general management positions throughout his tenure with the company. Timothy M. Archer is our president and chief executive officer. Mr. Archer joined us in June 2012 as our executive vice president, chief operating officer. Prior to joining us, he spent 18 years at Novellus Systems, Inc. in various technology development and business leadership roles, including most recently as chief operating officer from January 2011 to June 2012; executive vice president of Worldwide Sales, Marketing, and Customer Satisfaction from September 2009 to January 2011; and executive vice president of the PECVD and Electrofill Business Units from November 2008 to September 2009. His tenure at Novellus also included assignments as senior director of technology for Novellus Systems Japan from 1999 to 2001 and senior director of technology for the Electrofill Business Unit from April 2001 to April 2002. He started his career in 1989 at Tektronix, where he was responsible for process development for high-speed bipolar ICs. Mr. Archer completed the Program for Management Development at the Harvard Graduate School of Business and earned a B.S. degree in applied physics from the California Institute of Technology.

Sanjay Mehrotra is an Indian American business executive and the CEO of Micron Technology. He was the co-founder of SanDisk, where he served as president and CEO until its acquisition by Western Digital in 2016.

Mike served as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Executive Vice President of FIS, Fortune 500’s #1 financial technology company, from 2009 until 2013. As the President and Chief Operating Officer of Metavante Technologies, Inc., Mike led the successful completion of Metavante’s merger with FIS to create the world’s largest financial technology company. Mike was instrumental in building Metavante from a $93 million annual revenue company into the global leader of financial technology with over $6 billion of annual revenue. Previously, he served as Metavante’s CIO, CFO, head of product development, and head of corporate development, and he led the company’s successful carve-out from a bank holding company and IPO in 2007. During his tenure, Mike led a significant number of acquisitions, public offerings for equity sales and debt raising, and led teams to innovate and build technology. Mike is a Director of Endurance International Group Holdings, Inc. and has served on the Board of West Bend Mutual Insurance Company, for which he chairs the Audit Committee. Mike is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Master Degree in Business Administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Business and a B.S. in Accounting and Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin.

Mark joined as the company's chief executive officer and as a director in April 2018. With extensive experience serving technology markets, Mark has a proven track record of advancing growth initiatives related to cloud, SaaS, mobile, big data, and IoT solutions. Prior to joining Nuance, Mark served as president and chief operating officer of NCR Corporation, where he oversaw sales, solutions management, business and product development, services and supply chain operations. Before that, he spent more than 20 years holding various leadership appointments at ADP, including president of global enterprise solutions, where he led a team of 20,000 employees, and managed a multi‑billion‑dollar portfolio across more than 100 countries. Mark holds a bachelor’s degree in international finance and marketing from the University of Miami.

Randall A. Lipps is the chairman, president and chief executive officer of Omnicell, Inc., a provider of systems and software solutions to increase patient safety and operational efficiency in health care facilities. He is also the director at large of the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists Foundation's Board of Directors and is a member of the Board of Directors for Radisphere, a radiology provider.

Luc Seraphin is president and chief executive officer and has served as a member of our Board of Directors since October 2018. Prior to this role, Luc was the senior vice president and general manager of the Memory and Interface Division, leading the development of the company’s innovative memory architectures and high-speed serial link solutions. Luc also served as the senior vice president of Worldwide Sales and Operations where he oversaw sales, business development, customer support and operations across the various business units within Rambus. Luc started his career as a field application engineer at NEC and later joined AT&T Bell Labs, which became Lucent Technologies and Agere Systems (now Avago Technologies). During his 18 years at Avago, Luc held several senior positions in sales, marketing and general management, culminating in his last position as executive vice president and general manager of the Wireless Business Unit. Following this, Luc held the position of general manager of a GPS startup company in Switzerland and was vice president of Worldwide Sales and Support at Sequans Communications. During his career, Luc has advised and supported companies in both the product and IP markets. Luc holds a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Physics and a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Ecole Superieure de Chimie, Physique, Electronique, based in Lyon, France where he majored in Computer Architecture. Luc also holds an MBA from the University of Hartford and has completed the senior executive program of Columbia University.

Robert Painter was appointed Trimble’s president and chief executive officer in January 2020. From 2016 to 2019, he served as chief financial officer, where he was responsible for Trimble’s worldwide finance operations. In 2015, Painter was appointed vice president of Trimble Buildings, a Trimble group focused on BIM-centric businesses that span the Design-Build-Operate continuum of the building lifecycle. From 2011 to 2014, he served as general manager of the Company’s joint venture with Hilti, which was created to foster collaborative development of product innovations for the building construction industry. From 2009 to 2010, he served as general manager of the Company’s Construction Services Division. Painter joined Trimble in 2006 and assumed leadership of Trimble’s business development, leading all acquisition and corporate strategy activities. Prior to joining the Company, Painter served in a variety of management and finance positions at Cenveo, Rapt Inc., Bain & Company, Whole Foods Market and Kraft Foods. In 1993, he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from West Virginia University and received an MBA in Business from Harvard University in 1998.
