Job Title: PT Customer Service Specialist 2 - 3 days per week, 2 - 3 Saturdays per month, and travel. What You'll Do:
* Day in the Life - Every day you will work face-to-face with clients in the branch location, manage a cash drawer, assist clients and team members, uncover needs, and educate clients on German American products and services. You will help clients by verifying account information and performing loan and deposit transactions, as well as guide them when they are not sure where to go next by engaging in friendly, meaningful conversations.

Job Title: Treasury Management Officer
Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Treasury Management Sales Officer, you'll work with prospective customers and internal referral partners to seek deposit and treasury sales opportunities and provide professional representation to businesses and their employees offering solutions based on customer needs. The solutions you provide treasury customers will grow deposits, fee income, and other product referrals. You will also be responsible for educating internal partners to seek referrals and build product knowledge, as well as developing sales campaigns for new and existing products and retention of current customers.
What You'll Do:
Your focus will be working independently to offer solutions and provide pricing to German American customers and prospects, identifying and analyzing customer's treasury management needs, preparation and submission of customer agreements by working with Treasury Support, actively calling on prospective and current customers, preparing sales reports and market trends, and preparing and delivering sales presentations and proposals. In addition to treasury management products, you'll identify referral opportunities to our other lines of business, including commercial loans, personal accounts, and wealth management.
You're Part of a Team - You are a member of the Treasury Management team, which includes supporting all referral partners to provide deposit and treasury related products and services. You will attend commercial sales team meetings and work closing with the commercial team within your footprint, as well as the retail teams. This will also include visiting with leaders in the region to observe and assess the sales, product and service delivery. You will work closely with the Treasury Support Team during implementation and for service issues and refer to other departments. You will also be expected to network within your market and participate as a leader by participating in local events, clubs and boards.
Success! The successful candidate will be sales results driven, sharing sales approaches and tactics with the team. Your success will come from sourcing additional deposits and fee income independently and jointly, by working with centers of influence, community involvement, customer referral, and with internal partners. You will also conduct annual reviews and have regular contact with current customers to identify customer needs and cross-sale opportunities. You win by asking for and earning the business!

The Payroll Team Leader acts as the senior member of our Payroll team and provides direction and leadership to the payroll administration group. Responsibilities
We are currently seeking a Middle Office Specialist for our Wealth Mgt office. The Middle Office Specialist is responsible for serving as a back-up, or on rotation with, our technical support/operations analyst. This includes completing cases for ClientPoint (Wealth Management online banking), data downloads, and ad hoc projects. Position Summary
The IT Risk Officer will serve as a key member of the IT First Line Risk team, reporting to the IT Risk Program Lead. In this position, you will support three key business technology segments - Commercial, Community & Wealth, and Corporate Solutions - working closely with each segment's Chief Information Officer (CIO) to ensure that IT operations are secure, compliant, and resilient. Responsibilities
The Mortgage Disclosure Desk Coordinator position is responsible for ensuring that all Initial and Re-Disclosure Loan Disclosure packets are completed and delivered to the applicants in accordance with all regulatory and secondary market requirements and within Service Level Agreements. The Mortgage Disclosure Desk Coordinator works closely with various members of the Mortgage Team to verify accuracy of data and resolve any issues/discrepancies to prevent non-compliance with Federal and State Regulations and avoid tolerance cures.
Key Accountabilities
Review initial loan submission from the Mortgage Loan Originators for accuracy. Make any necessary changes to avoid tolerance cures or other regulatory violations. Prepare and deliver a final Loan Estimate along with all other required documentations to the applicant(s)
Work with Mortgage Loan Originators, Processor and Underwriters to review any change circumstances that are presented. Once a valid changed circumstance is identified, the Disclosure Desk Coordinator will prepare a revised Loan Estimate and deliver this to the applicants in a timely manner to avoid delays in closing dates or any tolerance cures.
Review all documents included in an initial disclosure and re-disclosure package to ensure accurate completion.
Track all new applications within the loan processing system to ensure timely delivery of all disclosures.
Track all existing applications within the loan processing system and provide timely re-disclosure through identification of loan changes within the pipeline.
Assist with answering questions regarding initial or re-disclosures
Participate in any compliance related projects pertaining to regulatory disclosures
Assist in any disclosure compliance related training for mortgage associates
Ensure accuracy of all HMDA related information pertaining to information collected from the initial application and disclosures
Salary Range
The salary range for this position is $17.00/hr. - $27.50/hr.. The base salary indicated for this position reflects the compensation range applicable to all levels of the role across the United States. Actual salary offers within this range may vary based on a number of factors, including the specific responsibilities of the position, the candidate's relevant skills and professional experience, educational qualifications, and geographic location.

Responsibilities
We are currently seeking a Treasury Management Analyst (TMA) role that will be partnered with the Treasury Management Consultant (TMC) and focused on developing strategies for revenue growth, client retention, and client experience. The TMA will assist and provide focus on new and cross-sell opportunities, supporting all activities from sales through implementation, ongoing client relationship management, and contribute to the attainment of established TM revenue goals (both individual and team).

* Partner with assigned TM Consultants in all aspects of the sales process

We are currently seeking a Mortgage Closer. The Mortgage Closing Processors are responsible for providing excellent customer service to both our internal and external clients.
