+ Start Date: Immediate
+ Location: Work from home
+ Scheduling: A minimum of 20 peak hours per week. Peak teaching hours are from 9 am to 3 pm EST. Teachers to open their schedules - assigned classes are guaranteed
+ Students: You will teach adult students from a variety of industries
+ Remuneration: Set base rate of $9 USD per hour
+ Training: compulsory training for a duration of 1 week, unpaid
+ You will be contracted by The Really Great Teacher Company as an Independent Service Provider
Minimum requirements
+ Near native German fluency
+ Tertiary education
+ Highly computer literate
+ No criminal record
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
+ PC specifications
+ Processor: Intel Core™ i5 CPU @2.40GHz (4 CPUs) or greater
+ Memory: 8GB RAM or greater
+ Backup power
+ Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) with a battery life up to 4-5 hours (2000VA) (or willing to purchase before commencing teaching)
+ A stable fibre internet connection
+ At a minimum of 20 Mbps upload and download speeds
+ PC is connected via a LAN cable and not via a Wi-Fi connection
+ Noise-cancelling headsets and HD web camera. Back-up headset highly recommended
+ Tidy, well-lit, and quiet teaching environment
