Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the RMF lifecycle, excellent documentation skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve and maintain system Authorization to Operate (ATO). A United States Citizenship and an active Secret DoD Security Clearance is required to be considered for this position.
Responsibilities:
Support execution of the full RMF lifecycle (Categorization, Selection, Implementation, Assessment, Authorization, and Monitoring) for assigned systems.
Develop, review, and maintain RMF documentation including System Security Plans (SSPs), Security Assessment Reports (SARs), POA&Ms, Contingency Plans, and other artifacts.
Conduct risk assessments and control validation activities in accordance with NIST SP 800-53 and other relevant guidelines.
Coordinate with ISSMs, system owners, engineers, and assessors to ensure control implementation, evidence collection, and audit readiness.

Track and manage system accreditation status using tools such as eMASS, XACTA, or equivalent.
Assist with internal and external security audits and inspections.

Qualifications
Experience/Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience supporting RMF or similar compliance frameworks.

Education:
Bachelor's degree is required. Master's degree is preferred
Experience:
At least 2 years of coaching experience in the field of women's flag football programs at the college/university level is preferred.

Comprehensive understanding of women's flag football at the collegiate level.
Effective communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
Proven ability to mentor, inspire, and develop student-athletes.

The Groundsperson supports the crew by performing work from the ground including clearing brush and trees as directed, and performing clean-up on each job site.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Always follow and help enforce safe practices and rules
Keep work area clear of debris
Work from the ground and clear undergrowth from right-of-way by using handsaws, pole saws and pruners, hand pruners, loppers and gas-powered chain saws to cut brush and trees
Load and unload trucks with logs, brush and debris; feed brush into brush chipper
Use hand lines to lower limbs and equipment
Perform general clean-up of job sites following completion of work
Carry, prepare, and store materials, tools and equipment at work site
Set up and break down road signs as directed
Flag traffic to protect employees and the public from potential harm or injury
Drive truck or operate other equipment as assigned
Perform basic maintenance service on trucks and equipment; keep trucks and other assigned equipment in neat and orderly fashion; report the need for major repairs to truck and equipment to Foreperson
