Position overview: Reporting directly to the Plant Superintendent, the Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for leading the manufacturing team to ensure production of a quality product that meets or exceeds customer expectations. This position is scheduled on a 4/12 schedule. Scheduled hours are typically 5am-5pm with overtime and coverage as required.
