I liked what I did at Gerresheimer but overall the upper staff is horrible they talk to like children and treats you like a slave, they don't pay you correctly . I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.
They pick and choose who the rules apply to they let other managers from different departments dictate to you about how to do your job , they never want recognize you when you are doing good at your job they always act like it's you not them. I was only there for almost 2 years and I just couldn't take it anymore.
The Sunday's are time in a half and the holiday pay especially if they keep the cold end running during the Christmas holiday.
You get to take a break occasionally and you get a pay check
Extreme favoritism, poor management human resources out of touch with people. Supervisors are rude and obnoxious to employees
