Long Description We are seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician to join our team in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations. This role supports production and engineering teams to minimize downtime and drive continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities * Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in compliance with codes. * Troubleshoot electrical issues in production equipment, HVAC, conveyors, and building systems. * Perform preventive maintenance and inspections to ensure safety and reliability. * Work with PLCs, HMIs, and assist in commissioning new equipment and upgrades. * Document maintenance activities in SAP-CMMS and support process improvement initiatives. Key Qualifications/Requirements * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Proficient in using electrical testing equipment (multimeters, megohmmeters, etc.). * Working knowledge of PLCs (Allen-Bradley preferred) and industrial control systems. * Excellent communication and documentation skills. * Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed. The Assistant Plant Controller is a senior Finance position in a manufacturing site; responsible for forecasting, executing, and reporting financial performance to the Controller and senior management. Key Responsibilities: Assistant Plant Controller will support and lead the plant financial activities in the areas of accounting, costing, budget/forecast, expense control and reporting. Supports P&L improvements. Identifies and supports cost improvements and program profitability activities. Assist the Controller with plant financial activities including GL accounting and reconciliations. Support the month-end closing process including preparation of manual Journal Entries and ensuring appropriate cost allocations. Maintain a robust internal control environment aligned to the company Business Operating System and Sarbanes Oxley requirements. In collaboration with the Controller and plant leadership, manage the business of the plant in order to achieve financial and performance targets. Support and lead the financial month-end closing and reporting process. Support and promote Continuous Improvement initiatives. 3rd Shift IT Professional needed for Yanfeng's Chattanooga manufacturing plant. IT Professional coordinates, designs, builds, integrates, develops, tests, and deploys application technology solutions and delivers IT services and provides launch consulting services for the responsible software, specifically MES, WMS and manufacturing related software. This role will be responsible for information systems analysis to improve manufacturing productivity and workflow or expanding systems to serve new purposes. This role needs apply system analysis to solve problems, including determining software and system functional and technical specifications. Provide Level 1 support for the responsible platform/system. As the MES software is production critical for YFAI plants, this could include off shift and weekend support in the case of production downtime. To recommend solutions of technical specifications. Support the team during implementations. Work closely with the vendor to find viable solutions. Drive fixes and/or enhancements with the supporting resources. Document requirements to support required business functionality. Review with internal customers, vendors and other IT support staff as necessary. Monitor existing system interfaces between both internal and external systems and correct errors. Monitor system error reports and logs and make corrections while working with key business users to prevent future errors. Provide technical documentations, work instructions, knowledge base articles Additional Responsibilities: Learn new technologies to support other systems in YFAI including the replacement of existing platform/systems.
