The Position:

Essential Job Duties
Manages the Technical Support staff with the goal of aligning the team to improve the quality of end-user and dealer support services.

Candidate Profile
The Director of Manufacturing will have a proven track record of success leading manufacturing activities. This key position requires a minimum of 10 years of manufacturing leadership experience in a job shop manufacturing environment. The Director of Manufacturing must possess an understanding and passion for developing people. The preferred candidate will possess an understanding of medical and defense industry standards for how PCBA interconnect flex circuits and Thermofoil heating solutions are produced. An undergraduate degree, ideally with a technical or business management focus (e.g. Manufacturing Management, Engineering, Business Administration) is required; an advanced degree is desired.
Qualified candidates will possess a strong operations and manufacturing background with a broad understanding of customer relations, product specifications, and market conditions that affect competitiveness when dealing with engineered products. Experience managing production within a Quality Management System, holding certifications (QMAS, ISO, NadCap, IPC, etc.), and having a proven track record of leading Lean manufacturing improvements, implementing and sustaining 5S, Six Sigma, Theory of Constraints, and Cell Manufacturing. NetSuite (or broad ERP) experience is a significant plus, along with a proven ability to manage resources and schedules within the system.

Adobe B2B Marketing Organization is seeking a Marketing Subject Matter Expert (SME) to help scale their B2B marketing excellence across Adobe by advancing how they use E2E Adobe Product Suite internally within the B2B marketing business.

Responsibilities
Act as the internal Subject Matter Expert for the Adobe Marketing Product Suite, including:
Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
Adobe Analytics
Adobe Target
Adobe Journey Optimizer
Adobe Campaign
Partner with internal stakeholders across Global Marketing, Product Management, and Data teams to design and operationalize strategic enablement programs.
Lead value realization initiatives, defining measurable impact frameworks that demonstrate ROI and marketing performance improvement.
Build, refine, and socialize success measurement frameworks that align marketing execution with business-level results.
Translate analytics insights into practical recommendations supporting personalization, audience engagement, and campaign optimization.
Support tool adoption and standardization by developing best practices, enablement materials, and thought leadership content for internal partners.
Influence cross-functional teams through data storytelling, workshops, and consultative collaboration to drive alignment and shared success metrics.
Contribute to the evolution of Adobe's internal marketing capabilities by identifying process, technology, and strategy gaps and recommending improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
6-10 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing technology, or marketing analytics within enterprise or SaaS environments.
Proven expertise using and optimizing Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, including:
AEM
Adobe Analytics
Adobe Target
Adobe Campaign
Adobe Journey Optimizer
Strong background in marketing performance measurement, analytics, and ROI/value realization frameworks.
Exceptional communication and influence skills, with the ability to bridge marketing, data, and technology teams.
Ability to manage complex initiatives independently and drive outcomes through collaboration rather than direct authority.

The Position:
The Senior Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible for the planning, execution and reporting of test results on all products developed for distribution. This role is expected to perform various types of testing on install, feature, regression and system level and assist in creating test environments as well as data.
Essential Job Duties:
Lead platform QA projects through all test phases including planning, test design, test execution, reporting, and closure
Responsible for monitoring daily test results to identify and react to any issue in timely manner

Stay on top of release scope and align team's objectives to the scope and ensure team goals are achieved to support successful release
Research, evaluate, implement, and maintain testing tools and strategies for various types of testing including automation, performance, security testing
Build, expand, and improve the automation test framework to increase productivity and effectiveness of the test
Work with performance engineer to build and execute performance testing framework and report its measurements to development/QA leadership to determine its remediation
Create coded test automation scripts and provide technical guidance to team members
Experience & Education:
Experience in manual Quality Assurance in enterprise software industry
Experience in designing and managing test strategy, test plan, and test cases
Strong proficiency in SQL- ability to write complex joins, subqueries and data validations, FTP, Microsoft IIS, and other relevant enterprise applications
+2 years of experience in developing automated tests
Hands-on experience with camera device testing (e.g., image quality, frame rate, latency, hardware-software communication)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Docker)
Knowledge of Linux distributions and their command-line tools with emphasis on command-line proficiency with essential Linux commands for monitoring.
Scripting knowledge will be a plus
Proficiency in technical troubleshooting skills
