I am an energetic development executive, leader and strategist with nearly 15 years of retail experience. I'm an expert in developing growth strategy, retail design and construction management. I believe its impossible to make real estate decisions from behind a desk but strongly believe in incorporating technology into the development process to assist in making more educated and data-based decisions. Most importantly, I have had the opportunity to work with and develop GREAT people.

I have helped create a $25M+ retail company, within the heart of an $80+ billion dollar CPG market leader, whose focus has been a disruptive entrance into key service oriented businesses. I have worked with small entrepreneurial companies that are now market leaders in their segment with over 2000 units and the largest re-branding in history of a service business by the worldwide leader in logistics. Partnered with fortune 25 executives and budding entrepreneurs with a goal of changing the way the world perceives restaurants, products and services.

My career has offered many opportunities; real estate, operations, construction, store design, information technology, finance, and strategist. As a result, I have a unique ability to manage multi-disciplinary projects and navigate complex challenges. However, real world experience has taught me that my professional value boils down to the following:

-- I understand the language of the customer; franchisee, partner, vendor, board member, municipality, architect, contractor and engineer. Listening and understanding from the weeds to the treetops leads to fewer missteps; and missteps can cost a fortune.
