Peter Keating leads GetWellNetwork's strategy to attract, develop and motivate the industry’s most talented workforce. He oversees talent operations and human resources and plays a critical role in creating and maintaining a strong foundation for future growth and scalability across the company.

As chief people officer, Peter is charged with shaping the company’s dynamic culture and delivering an exceptional employee experience. Using a combination of business acumen, emotional intelligence and a passion for people and career development, he ensures GetWellNetwork’s greatest asset-its employees-receive the support and resources necessary to bring their best to the important work they do.

Peter joined the company from The Advisory Board Company, a health care research and technology firm, where he spent the last 15 years leading global recruiting and the HR business partner organization. A Denison University graduate, he began his career with executive search firm Korn/Ferry International and research firm Gartner (formerly CEB).

Chief Financial Officer Bill Chatterton is charged with leading GetWellNetwork’s continued business growth and financial operations performance. He oversees the company’s financial planning and analysis, risk management and reporting, and mergers and acquisitions strategy and execution.

With over 20 years of experience in tech finance, Bill has a keen understanding of market trends and the competitive landscape and has led several technology companies through multiple growth cycles. His expertise is instrumental in continuing to scale GetWellNetwork’s portfolio to meet the evolving needs of our clients and the marketplace while maximizing resources and stakeholder value.

Prior to joining GetWellNetwork, Bill was chief financial officer at StarCompliance, where he led strategic finance and overall performance management for the company. He's also held executive leadership roles at many other technology companies, including xG Health Solutions, HandySoft Global, Kastle Systems, MicroStrategy and Quadramed.

Bill holds a Master of Business Administration in finance from American University, Kogod School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in finance & accounting from Elizabethtown College.

Robin Cavanaugh drives innovation and technology strategy for GetWellNetwork. A company veteran of nearly 20 years, his vision and expertise have been integral in the company’s evolution to become the leader in patient engagement technology.



As chief technology officer, Robin is responsible for R&D, product architecture and development. He steers solutions from prototype to production and creates scalable, integrated systems for leading health care organizations.



Under his leadership, GetWellNetwork is leveraging emerging technologies to bring the newest innovations to clients around the globe. He oversees the application of new technologies and architectural foundations in the building of cross-continuum solutions that are responsive to the changing needs of the industry.



Robin’s experience includes technology solution deployments at large organizations such as General Electric and Monsanto, as well as at several federal agencies, including the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and the Center for Mental Health Services.

David D Bennett is an Exec VP/COO at GetWellNetwork Inc. He has worked as Dir:WEB Resource Services at Medical University of South Carolina and Exec VP/CTO at KRAMES STAYWELL. David works or has worked as MEMBER at Society of Healthcare Strategy & Market Development, MEMBER at HIMSS, and MEMBER at American College of Healthcare Executives. He attended Medical University of South Carolina.
