Chief Financial Officer Bill Chatterton is charged with leading GetWellNetwork’s continued business growth and financial operations performance. He oversees the company’s financial planning and analysis, risk management and reporting, and mergers and acquisitions strategy and execution.

With over 20 years of experience in tech finance, Bill has a keen understanding of market trends and the competitive landscape and has led several technology companies through multiple growth cycles. Prior to joining GetWellNetwork, Bill was chief financial officer at StarCompliance, where he led strategic finance and overall performance management for the company. He's also held executive leadership roles at many other technology companies, including xG Health Solutions, HandySoft Global, Kastle Systems, MicroStrategy and Quadramed.

Bill holds a Master of Business Administration in finance from American University, Kogod School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in finance & accounting from Elizabethtown College.
