Opportunity:
We are seeking a results-driven and customer-obsessed Vice President of Customer Success to lead and scale our enterprise customer success organization. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, this executive will be accountable for ensuring our clients realize maximum value from our precision care products and solutions-driving retention, expansion, advocacy, and measurable clinical and operational outcomes.
As our company accelerates from $80M to $250M in revenue, the VP of Customer Success will play a pivotal role in building a world-class, data-driven, and scalable success model that aligns customer satisfaction with company growth objectives.

Responsibilities:
Customer Success Strategy & Leadership
Define and execute a comprehensive customer success strategy that drives retention, adoption, and expansion across the 125+ health system client base.
Build and mentor a high-performing organization of account principals.
Establish a clear operating rhythm and success framework that aligns customer lifecycle management with revenue growth objectives.
Revenue & Retention Impact
Drive net revenue retention (NRR) and gross retention (GRR) through proactive account management, executive engagement, and measurable customer outcomes.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on demonstrated customer ROI.
Serve as a senior customer advocate, ensuring voice-of-customer feedback shapes roadmap priorities and service delivery.
Operational Excellence
Develop consistent metrics and dashboards to track customer health, usage, renewal, and NPS across the enterprise customer portfolio.
Partner with the CRO, Product, and Implementation leaders to optimize customer onboarding, adoption, and renewal processes.
Leverage AI-driven insights and automation to enhance the customer experience, proactively address risk, and surface new value opportunities.
Create scalable playbooks for customer engagement across tiers-from high-touch strategic health systems to tech-enabled accounts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Product Management to translate customer insights into roadmap enhancements that increase adoption and stickiness.
Work with Implementation teams to ensure smooth go-lives and rapid time-to-value for new deployments.
Align with Finance to forecast renewals, model churn risk, and track renewal velocity.
Requirements:
Required
10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services within SaaS, digital health, or HCIT environments.
Proven track record of leading enterprise customer success teams at scale-driving retention and growth from $50M+ to $200M+ in ARR.
Deep understanding of healthcare provider operations, health system buying cycles, and value realization frameworks.
Data-driven mindset with experience implementing customer success platforms and KPIs that link directly to revenue performance.
Executive presence and communication skills capable of influencing C-suite stakeholders in large health systems.
Inspirational leadership style with the ability to build, coach, and retain high-performing teams.
Preferred
Experience in AI-enabled healthcare solutions or digital engagement platforms.
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Experience integrating customer success with product-led growth or AI-first SaaS environments is highly desirable.

Job Overview
This Physician Assistant - Pulmonary position is responsible, within the legal limitations, for assisting the physician staff of the Department in the provision of medical services to patients. The position performs complete, detailed and accurate initial evaluations including medical histories, reviews patient records to develop comprehensive medical status reports, and order laboratory, radiological and diagnostic studies appropriate for complaint, age, race, gender, and physical condition of the patient. Assumes responsibility to coordinate treatment plans, monitors progress, refers patient as necessary to appropriate sources for care under the direction of the supervising physician. The position understands the philosophy, objectives, policies and procedures of Nursing Service and provides for their implementation. Works cooperatively within department and other services to create a system of quality health care.
-Perform comprehensive evaluations for patients eligible for lung cancer screening (e.g., low-dose CT), including medical history, physical examination, and review of prior imaging.
-Counsel and educate patients on lung cancer screening including benefits and risks, and discuss management of suspicious lung nodules, including biopsy, surgery, or surveillance.
-Assess and address psychosocial needs and barriers to care, providing emotional support to patients and families. -
Promote and counsel for healthy behaviors that support lung health, including smoking cessation.
-Order and interpret appropriate imaging and laboratory tests based on clinical assessment.
-Manage and monitor patients with lung nodules (both within and outside the screening program) according to established guidelines, interpreting imaging, determining next steps, and ensuring timely follow-up. -
Collaborate with pulmonologists, radiologists, oncologists, surgeons, and other specialists to coordinate comprehensive care, including weekly multidisciplinary thoracic conference. -
Ensure timely referral of patients requiring further diagnostics, biopsy, or specialty care.
-Maintain accurate, timely and complete patient records, including histories, exam findings, test results, and care plans. -
-Manage and update the Low-Dose CT (LDCT) Dashboard to track patients' screening and follow-up status, ensuring results communication to patients, timely reminders, and compliance with surveillance protocols.
-Communicate with referring clinicians.
-Participate in community outreach along with members of the lung nodule program.
-Contribute to ongoing evaluation of the lung nodule program by reviewing patient outcomes, identifying gaps in care, and making recommendations for improvement.
-Stay current with advancements in lung cancer screening and nodule management through continuing education, conferences, and research.

2. Responsible for psychosocial assessment and intervention in crisis situations that often involve issues of suicide, homicide, family violence, elder or child abuse.
3. Demonstrates sound clinical judgment in assessing the patient's needs for long-term care, including evaluating the home and family situation, helping the patient and family to develop an in-home care plan, exploring alternatives to in-home care and arranging for placement if necessary.
4. Provides treatment, therapy, psycho-education and/or counseling utilizing individual, family or group modalities.

Job Description
This position is responsible for respiratory care for patients of all age groups, who are diagnosed with cardio-pulmonary dysfunction. Services are provided throughout the Tufts Medical Center are complex. This includes the ICUs, in-patient rooms, the Emergency Room, and outpatient clinics. A request for service originates from the medical staff of Tufts Medical Center. It may be written or verbal and can be communicated to the therapist by direct telephone conversation and/or beeper page. The patient's nurse or unit secretary conveys the order.
All patients are assessed for their needs initially and on an on-going basis until no longer required. Documentation of services provided is recorded in the Respiratory Therapy Progress Notes section located on the department flow sheet. A copy of this document is filed in the patient Medical Record.
A list of the specific practices available by this department is noted below. A Respiratory Therapist is under the direction of the Director and Assistant Director of Respiratory Care. Patient services are available 24 hours/day, 365 days/year. Services are provided in accordance to policies and procedures agreed upon by the Medical Directors of the department. Clinical Practice Guidelines have and continue to evolve as the framework of clinical respiratory care practice. These practices are well referenced and sponsored by the American Association for Respiratory Care.

Neonatal and pediatric training

Weans patients from mechanical ventilation and other therapies through patient assessment and adjusting parameters within prescribed protocols.
Administer inhaled medications in accordance with institutional guidelines derived from the department of respiratory care and pharmacy.
Administers oxygen using low flow, high flow, open and closed circuits.
Embodies patient and family centered care. Explains procedures to patients and family.
Provides services to analyze blood specimens for blood gases, glucose and electrolytes in neonatal and pediatric intensive care units.
Administers Positive Pressure Breathing, (e.g. CPAP or BiPAP), which consists of the application of positive pressure to the upper airway to promote better lung inflation and aerosol distribution.
Routinely assists in the transport of patients requiring life-support to and from referral hospitals.
Provides in-house transport of mechanically ventilated and other high-risk patients.
Provides non-traditional therapies, e.g. Nitric Oxide gas administration, as ordered.
Provides resuscitation and support services at all high-risk deliveries.
Monitors effectiveness of therapy using non-invasive techniques such as pulse oximetry, end tidal CO2 and transcutaneous PO2/PCO2, in addition to invasive techniques such as arterial blood gas sampling.
Analyzes inspired oxygen concentration using various oxygen analyzers.
Calibrates monitors and maintains Transcutaneous Oxygen Monitors, End Tidal CO2 and pulse Oximetry monitors.
Assists in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation as part of Code Team primarily providing airway management and manual resuscitation. Commonly administers drugs via the endotracheal tube during cardiopulmonary rescue e.g. Lidocaine, Atropine Sulfate and Epinephrine.
Documents therapy, patient assessment, and interventions performed and test results in the progress notes of the medical record in a concise, accurate, and thorough manner.
Transcribe a detailed shift note for all patient's cared for during the shift.
Responsible for acknowledging the proper assembly of all respiratory therapy equipment prior to and during patient use.
Performs daily rounds and fairly bills patients for services rendered.
Attend rounds daily with the intensive care unit critical care team and is an active participant in the patient's care.
Assists with development of in-service programs for departmental personnel.
Assists the Associate Director with the orientation of new employees; acts as a preceptor for new employees and is utilized as a clinical instructor for students enrolled in local universities.
Administers therapeutic agents such as Heliox, Surfactant, Tobramycin, Ribavirin and Pentamidine in accordance with established Departmental procedure.
Provides services for new clinical programs as research protocols are developed.
Qualifications
JOB KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Ability to walk and stand for approximately 90% of the time.
Ability to transport respiratory therapy equipment (up to 100 lbs.) using carts or wheels on the equipment to and from patient areas.
One needs to demonstrate the ability to communicate with and assess the patient needs of different age populations to provide the necessary care. This will be demonstrated by supervisory review of Daily Shift Notes documented in all areas of clinical practice. Skills will be rated as part of your Performance Appraisal.
Ability to perform all required duties under emergency and extreme stress situations.
When cross-trained to perform neonatal and pediatric services, one is expected to acquire and maintain NRP and PALS certification.
Demonstration of competency is required on an annual basis. This will include computer based training and evaluation in adult, pediatric and neonatal mechanical ventilators.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree level in health profession, science or equivalent is preferred.
Associates degree in Respiratory Therapy is required.
Must possess the RRT credential.
Knowledge of medical terminology, physiology of the cardiopulmonary system and respiratory therapy science.
EXPERIENCE:
One to two years on the job experience in acute and critical care.
An equivalent combination of education and experience which provides proficiency in the areas of responsibility listed above may be substituted for the above education and experience requirements
LICENSES, ETC:
Must be currently licensed and in good standing with the Licensure Board of Registration of Massachusetts.

HomeCare MD is seeking a compassionate and skilled PRN Speech Therapist to join our growing home care team. This role is ideal for an experienced Speech Language Pathologist who is passionate about providing exceptional patient-centered care in the comfort of a patient's home.
Position Summary
The Speech Therapist is responsible for conducting initial and ongoing patient assessments, delivering skilled Speech Language Pathology services, and acting as case manager for speech-therapy-only patients. This role will collaborate closely with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to support optimal patient outcomes.
Essential Functions
Develop individualized plans of care tailored to each patient's needs.
Recommend and train patients on augmentative and alternative communication methods (e.g., automated devices, sign language).
Teach patients techniques to improve speech production, voice quality, and oral/written language skills.
Educate and train patients in safe swallowing strategies or strengthening exercises to prevent aspiration.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including evaluations, progress notes, and reports for insurance justification.
Conduct research-based assessments and contribute to treatment methodologies.
Participate in interdisciplinary assessments and collaborate in creating and evaluating patient care plans.
Attend case conferences and required agency meetings.
Deliver services as prescribed by the patient's physician and in accordance with the plan of care.
Provide patient, caregiver, and family counseling and education.
Communicate effectively with physicians, healthcare practitioners, and the QAPI department.
Participate in agency-sponsored in-service training and work collaboratively with clinical leadership.
Education & Experience Requirements
Current Maryland Speech Language Pathology License.
Master's degree from an accredited college or university.
Current American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers.
2-3 years acute care experience preferred.
2-3 years community health experience preferred.
Valid driver's license, automobile insurance, and ability to meet fleet safety requirements (travel required).
Strong knowledge of medical terminology.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and people management skills.
Basic computer proficiency; Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
