Order Filling Picks product from fulfillment center stock according to wave pick list and organizes on cart; Pulls warehouse items from the shelves based on number, size, color, quantity, and quality requirements May operate scanners so that the proper order is picked, and inventory is managed accurately Order Checking Verifies that the item picked matches the item on the invoice by comparing manufacturer name, manufacturer item number, and item description; Verifies quantity of items picked matches item quantity on the invoice; For time sensitive items, verifies the expiration date on the item is acceptable for shipment to the customer; Verifies all items listed on the invoice have been picked; For items that include component(s), such as a pump, verifies that components are included Packing Counts quantity of items and verifies the count to the quantity listed on the invoice; Matches the ship to address or invoice number on the shipping label with the same information on the invoice; Selects correct packaging, fill and labels; Follows regulatory guidelines when packing items with regulatory classification; May create proper shipping papers for packages containing hazardous materials; Manifests For packages not auto-manifested: weighs packages, determines appropriate method of transportation, verifies proper labeling, scans information and applies shipping labels; For packages auto-manifested: verifies and corrects non-conforming packages; Expeditor Processes orders requiring special handling as required by branch personnel, sales staff or end-user.     The Cardiopulmonary & SETPAD Program Supervisor collaborates with the Rehabilitation Services Manager to ensure the efficient daily operation of the program and delivery of optimal patient care. Responsibilities include overseeing Cardiopulmonary and SETPAD patient admissions, care plans, and discharges; ensuring safe and effective exercise and education; interpreting telemetry data and session reports; and managing the Cardiopulmonary Rehab staff. The role also involves leading quality improvement initiatives, facilitating staff education and training, and maintaining high standards for clinical performance across the department. Conducts supervised exercise sessions, closely monitoring participants for any adverse or inappropriate responses to exercise. Proficient in cardiac rhythm analysis, with a strong ability to identify dysrhythmias and make timely referrals to medical staff for appropriate intervention. Ensures accurate and timely maintenance of exercise session reports and electronic medical records (EMR) for each patient. Documents patient exercise sessions thoroughly in their medical records. Plans and organizes in-service training sessions on standard emergency medical procedures for all Cardiopulmonary & SET PAD Department members. Demonstrates strong interpersonal and observational skills to identify appropriate psychosocial adaptation to illness and recognize signs of psychopathology. Provides clinical expertise and guidance to the Rehabilitation Services Manager, offering input on the development and maintenance of guidelines, procedures, and policies. Coordinates Cardiopulmonary & SETPAD Rehab staffing. Onboards, trains, and develops capable staff for the Cardiopulmonary & SET PAD Program. Supervises Cardiopulmonary & SET PAD Rehab staff in completing daily office tasks and managing procedure supplies to ensure efficient and effective operations of the Cardiopulmonary Rehab and SET PAD programs.. Completes timecards for Cardiopulmonary staff. Participates in the yearly employee evaluation process. Notifies Rehabilitation Services Manager of any incidents regarding patients or staff. Completes other tasks assigned by Rehabilitation Services Manager ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Recommends treatment strategies designed to achieve positive outcomes for patients in the Cardiopulmonary & SETPAD Rehab programs. Effectively applies knowledge of exercise science and/or clinical expertise to a population with cardiovascular, pulmonary, and peripheral artery disease, along with other potential co-morbidites. Uses the patient s individual care plan to guide advancment of the exercise rate and/or duration. Notifies Rehabilitation Services Manager of department needs. QUALIFICATIONS (Required): Current RN or LPN licensure in the state of MT OR Clinical Exercise Physiologist, OR Bachelor s or greater in Exercise or related field, OR Physical Therapist licensure in state of MT, OR Occupational Therapist licensure in state of MT, OR . Respiratory Therapist licensure in state of MT. At least 1 year of clinical experience in a supervisory role within Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation. A primary focus of the position will be to use groundwater modeling, scripting/programming, parameter estimation, GIS, and visualization software to develop and apply groundwater flow models for water resources evaluations.
