GF Hotels & Resorts is hiring a Dual Property Director of Human Resources for our Crowne Plaza by IHG and Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Philadelphia/King of Prussia properties.
As the Hotel Director of Human Resources (HR) you will oversee all people operations, including recruitment, talent management, employee relations, benefits, training, compliance and strategic HR planning in support of hotel business goals, reporting to the GM and aligning HR with property and brand strategies, managing budgets, and fostering a positive employee experience.
Responsibilities:
Develop HR strategies (like succession planning) aligned with hotel objectives, serving as a key member of the executive team.
Oversee hiring, onboarding, performance management, employee development, and retention programs.
Act as a point of contact for staff concerns, manage disciplinary actions, and ensure fair treatment.
Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation plans, including seasonal bonuses or accommodation/transport.
Ensure adherence to employment laws, health & safety regulations, and implement hotel policies.
Manage HR files, reports, budgets, and the HR team, ensuring efficient workflows.
Coordinate training programs (e.g., customer service) for all staff.
Create hiring plans for seasonal demands, interview candidates, and manage work permits/visas.
Ensure timely performance reviews and manage staff attendance/schedules.
Handle HR inquiries, manage employee records, and oversee wellness programs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related experience.

The Corporate Director of Employee Relations is responsible for leading complex employee relations investigations, managing cases of alleged policy violations, and providing guidance on labor and employment practices. Act as the primary contact for employee relations issues in multiple states, including complaints related to harassment, discrimination, misconduct, and ADA violations.
Lead and maintain a well-documented investigative process: Gather evidence, interview parties, and produce unbiased reports with findings and recommendations.
Provide guidance on HR policies and practices, including non-discrimination, attendance, standards of conduct, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies and federal and state laws, including OSHA and EEO regulations; manage related data and reporting.
Maintain neutrality and fairness during investigations, promoting an objective process for all parties involved.

Participate in Hotel transitions and onboarding.
Stay informed on developments and best practices in discrimination investigations and employment law changes.

Travel as needed to support human resources and property teams across multiple locations.

Work Environment
This is a hybrid role that requires the employee to work remotely, be in the corporate office at least two days per week, and travel to various job sites. The employee will encounter typical equipment and environmental conditions found in both the front office and back-office areas of a hotel.

The Regional Controller supports GF Hotels & Resorts' centralized accounting platform by providing financial leadership, oversight, and analysis for a portfolio of managed hotels. This role acts as a strategic partner to both the centralized controllers and regional operations teams, ensuring financial integrity, accuracy, and alignment with company objectives. Financial Oversight & Reporting
Review and analyze monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and P&L reports prepared by the centralized accounting team to ensure accuracy and consistency across assigned hotels.
Collaborate with the centralized controller to maintain the weekly cash flow forecast model that projects cash needs for each hotel for the upcoming 90 days by validating weekly data inputs for anticipated cash receipts and disbursements, and analyzing and explaining all weekly variances between the actual cash flow and the prior week's forecast.
Partner with centralized controllers to address discrepancies, resolve accounting issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Provide detailed financial analysis to regional operations leadership, highlighting key performance trends, risks, and opportunities.
Ensure all financial reporting adheres to the Uniform System of Accounts for the Lodging Industry and GF Hotels & Resorts' corporate accounting standards.
Budgeting & Forecasting
Collaborate with hotel general managers, regional operations leaders, and centralized accounting teams in preparing annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
Review and challenge assumptions to ensure financial plans are realistic, aligned with operational strategies, and consistent with ownership expectations.

Strong understanding of centralized or shared-service accounting models in hospitality.
Experience with M3, Oracle, or other hospitality financial systems preferred.
