Ghertner & Company was founded on January 8, 1968, by Frank F. Ghertner.
Since 1968, Ghertner & Company has been providing professional home owner association (HOA) and condominium management services to our clients throughout the greater Nashville and Middle Tennessee area.
Ghertner was the first property manager in the state of Tennessee to attain the highly regarded designation of Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) from the Community Associations Institute (CAI), and served as the 1990 President of the Tennessee Chapter of CAI. Mr.
After serving in various roles at Ghertner & Company for over a decade, Frank Ghertner’s sons, Scott Ghertner and Steve Ghertner, assumed ownership and management of Ghertner & Company in 2002 and serve as Co-presidents of the company.
