I worked here for 2 years and 4 months and was only given a raise of less than a dollar that I was told my manager had to "fight for." There were promises for career advancements via training in other fields, but they were empty promises. You are expected to multiple jobs and wear many hats without any sort of compensation. When our 401k match was cut, the stock of the parent company AIT (Applied Industrial Technologies) was $191. It is $280 five months later and the 401k match still wasn't reinstated and AlT even purchased a company with 500 employees. I've heard this was an amazing place to work before being acquired by AlT. This place will suck your soul dry. They do offer free coffees and sodas which is nice. The people there are pretty nice too. Management is very petty though and likes to gossip. Do not work for corporate. Stick to small companies that actually care about you. This is a multi billion dollar company masquerading as a "small" company, yet AIT is the reason they can't provide adequate compensation.
Colleagues are nice. There is free soda and coffee. Paid holidays off.
Free soda.
There isn’t anything to like about the CEO. The CEO cut our 401k match despite making record profits and the stocks going from $191 at the time of the cut to $280 by the time I left 5 months later without it being reinstated despite them buying a company with 500 employees after the fact.
I would pay the employees a fair wage and give them actual benefits. The bonuses and lack of raises are a complete joke. A 99 cent raise in 2 years and 4 months is pathetic.
I came with a list of questions of how they treat their employees, their benefit packages, etc. Turned out to be a lot of empty promises.
Below average. I immediately got a job in the same industry for over $5 more per hour.
There were only while people working here, two Asian people, and two Hispanic. This is a company with over 40 people.
I like being appreciated, valued, and fairly compensated for my work. If I go above and beyond, I expect to be taken care of.
