X Money seeks a Dispute Analyst for our Risk Operations team to investigate and resolve customer disputes across P2P, debit/credit card, and ACH channels. You'll assess claims, manage provisional credits, and ensure compliance with Regulation E, NACHA, and network rules. This fast-paced role requires strong analytical skills and collaboration with Fraud, Compliance, and Customer Support teams to deliver timely, fair resolutions while minimizing business risk.
Responsibilities
Investigate incoming customer disputes across P2P, debit/credit card, and ACH transactions, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
Validate chargeback rights and ensure required documentation is complete before initiating a dispute with networks or processors.
Manage and track the issuance of provisional credits, ensuring adherence to Regulation E timeframes and NACHA rules for ACH claims.
Maintain accurate and detailed case documentation within internal systems for audit readiness.

Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience handling disputes involving debit or credit card transactions.
Strong working knowledge of Regulation E (Electronic Fund Transfers Act), NACHA rules, and card network chargeback guidelines (Visa, Mastercard).
Experience handling consumer disputes end to end across multiple payment types (P2P, debit/credit card, and ACH).
Excellent written communication skills with the ability to draft clear, accurate, and compliant case notes and customer responses.

Job Summary
As an aircraft detailer, you will be tasked with detailing high-end luxury aircraft as well as face-to-face interaction with Immaculate Flight's various clients. We're hiring a driven SDR/BDR to build pipeline through outbound prospecting. You'll be the first voice prospects hear from Mancomm, responsible for starting high-quality conversations and booking qualified meetings. This is an on-site role in Bastrop, TX.
What You'll Do
Run high-volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social to generate new opportunities
Research and engage target accounts, identifying the right contacts and starting conversations
Qualify prospects by uncovering pain points, urgency, fit, and buying process
Book meetings/demos for closers and provide clean, thorough handoffs
Maintain accurate activity, notes, and follow-ups in our CRM
Test and improve sequences, talk tracks, and messaging with sales and marketing leadership
Share market feedback on objections, competitor mentions, and ICP fit
Growth Path
This role is designed for someone who wants to become a closer. If you perform well and master the outbound and qualification motion, you'll have a defined path to move into a closing role (AE or equivalent) over time.

Requirements
1-3 years in SDR/BDR, inside sales, lead generation, or similar customer-facing roles
Comfortable spending most of your day doing outbound calls and targeted outreach
Strong communication skills; can earn attention quickly and handle objections calmly
Organized, self-motivated, and competitive about hitting targets
Experience with CRM and sequencing tools preferred (HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo, etc.)
Bonus: SaaS, compliance, training, or professional services experience
Compensation
Greenfield opportunity - no legacy baggage, no outdated playbooks.
Base salary: $42,000-$50,000 per year (depending on experience)
OTE (on-target earnings): $55,000-$65,000, combining base pay with commission

The Community Outreach Support will provide hyperlocal brand awareness in the designated region for Ally Medical ER with the Full Time Community Outreach Coordinator at their respective site. Duties/Responsibilities:
Nurture relationships with referral and community partners as directed by the Full Time Community Outreach Coordinator. These partners include, but are not limited to physician offices, urgent cares, first responders, school districts, recovery centers, and other businesses that would benefit from personalized emergency care services.
Will work with their site Community Outreach Coordinator or independently tabling and field marketing arranged events.
Working with the team to assist with CPR classes, career days, school physicals, educational sessions, or other events requiring company representation.
Meet on a bi-weekly basis with the team to discuss what measures have been effective in your area, and to discuss any collateral needs you may require.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be able to keep records of site visits and set a schedule for visits.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
This role requires an attention to detail and will require attentive consideration on how to approach each client.
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED.
Preferred: Degree in Communications or Marketing adjacent field.
Experience working in an office, and good understanding of Microsoft Suite and G-Suite.
Customer services and/or sales experience.
Additional Requirements:

Program Structure:
Throughout the program, interns will gain exposure to key departments and functions. Each experience is guided by professional bankers who provide practical training, project assignments, and role-specific knowledge.
Experiential learning includes:
Retail Banking: Learn the fundamentals of customer service, account management, deposits, and daily branch operations. Observe and gain firsthand experience on building relationships with and supporting customers in their banking needs.
Lending: Explore the lending process from application to closing. Work alongside commercial and consumer lenders to understand loan origination, underwriting, and relationship management.
Credit Analysis: Develop analytical skills by reviewing financial statements and credit underwriting presentations alongside experienced credit professionals.
