About the role:

You will provide longitudinal care for a panel of patients so your time will be spent onboarding new patients and providing follow-up care (lab management, prescription management, answering clinical questions).
This is a completely virtual work-from-home role with flex scheduling. You schedule your hours when you want to work. We require a minimum of 10 hours of synchronous time per week and have a large support team that takes care of patient account logistics so you can focus on clinical care.

Position Overview:
Role: Physician for Virtual Patient Care
Visit Types: Primarily video visits with patients (synchronous)
Location: Fully Remote
Schedule: Available 10 hours a week, scheduling is flexible
Compensation: Approximately $120/hour
Important Note:This is a 1099 contractor opportunity, provided that, this classification and rate of pay are subject to change based on the clinicians state of residence, applicable state employment and worker classification regulations, and the clinicians availability and involvement with SteadyMD, to ensure compliance with state-specific labor and wage requirements.
Some Responsibilities Include:
Primary need: A unique program opportunity is available for scheduled sync visit with patients and a dedicated ho
Deliver patient care across SteadyMD's programs, including but not limited to: urgent care, weight management, lab review, remote patient monitoring and primary care.
Conduct evaluations via video, phone (both scheduled and on-demand), and asynchronous communication with patients of all ages (adults and pediatrics).
Serve a diverse patient population while exemplifying inclusivity and evidence-based clinical practices.
Maintain a compassionate, patient-centered approach to care delivery.
Participate in supervision requirements as applicable for credentialing and licensure.
Requirements
Active Physician (MD/DO) license in at least 10 states - one of the following must be MA
Minimum of 10 active state licenses
Board Certified, Family or Internal Medicine Preferred
3 years of independent practice experience as an NP preferred
Telemedicine or virtual care experience is preferred
Availability to work minimum of 10 hours/week (flexible on time of day/days of the week)
Proficiency with technology platforms for telemedicine delivery
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong professionalism and ability to work autonomously
Must be able to learn quickly, adapt to quick pace, express empathy
