Executive with more than 20 years of finance, technology, and operational experience. Previously Chief Financial Officer at IDS, a global leader providing software and solutions to the banking and financial services industries. Prior to IDS, Dave was Chief Financial Officer at Vertafore, Inc., the PE-backed leading provider of cloud-based software and services to the insurance industry with over 25,000 customers. Dave was critical part of the company's $2.7B sale from TPG to Bain Capital and Vista Equity Partners. Previously, Dave was CFO at Edifecs, Inc., a rapidly growing healthcare software company with one of the largest footprints in the healthcare insurance space. Dave joined Edifecs from Parallels Inc., a global cloud and virtualization software leader. As CFO at Parallels, he helped lead the company through a key period of growth and transformation, including driving strategic investments and partnerships with Cisco and Ingram Micro (which ultimately led to the subsequent sale of the company's cloud automation business unit to Ingram). Prior to Parallels, Dave was CFO of Itron, Inc’s $1B+ international organization, overseeing financial and business operations serving customers in over 130 countries around the world. Dave served in a variety of roles within Itron, including as CFO of Itron North America, where he was critical in positioning the domestic business to grow to $1B+ in revenue, and as Vice President of M&A where he led the $1.7B acquisition of Actaris Metering Systems. During his tenure with Itron, Dave played a key role in helping grow the company from $300M to $2B+ in revenue. Dave joined Itron in 2003 with the acquisition of Silicon Energy, a privately held energy software company, where he was Vice President of Finance. Prior to Silicon Energy, he was with OnDisplay. Inc., through their IPO and subsequent $1.7B sale to Vignette Corporation.

Karl Van den Bergh is Chief Marketing Officer and is responsible for global awareness and demand for the Gigamon solution portfolio. Throughout his 20+ plus year career, Karl has held go-to-market and product leadership roles in $1B+ tech companies as well as working as part of the executive team at early-stage startups. Prior to Gigamon, Karl was CMO at DataStax. Karl holds a BA in Physics from Trinity College Dublin, a Master of Computer Science degree from Imperial College London and a Diploma in Humanities from Loppiano University in Florence Italy.

Christel Ventura is Chief People Officer where she leads the team responsible for staffing world-class teams and nurturing corporate culture. Prior to joining Gigamon in 2015, Christel led Global HR Shared Services at Yahoo! and prior to that was an HR Business Partner at both Intuit and Credence Systems. Christel holds a BA in Sociology with Specialization in Business Administration from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Michael Dickman is Chief Product Officer responsible for product strategy and leadership of product management and product marketing functions. Prior to Gigamon, he was Senior Vice President for Product Management & Technical Marketing at Aruba Networks where he accelerated cloud services across Management, Network Optimization, and User Experience. He previously innovated a Mobile-First strategy for Aruba Switching in Product Management and later as General Manager. Earlier, he held various leadership roles in Enterprise Networking at Cisco, after beginning his career at the Boston Consulting Group. Michael holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, and BA degrees in Applied Math-Economics and in History from Brown University.

Paul Hooper is a networking and high-tech industry veteran that has held key positions at Gigamon including CMO and Vice President of Marketing and Product Management before his appointment as CEO in 2012. Paul has held a broad range of leadership positions in marketing, product development, business management, and information technology within a range of organizations including Extreme Networks, myCFO, Inc., JDS Uniphase, Netscape Communications, and Sun Microsystems.
