We're looking for a forward-thinking Senior Manager of Marketing Operations to oversee the day-to-day execution and optimization of Gigamon's marketing programs. This role sits within the GTM Operations team and reports to the VP, GTM Operations. You'll be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across marketing systems, campaign execution, lead lifecycle strategy, best-in-class campaign enablement and performance reporting. As a people manager, you'll lead a small team and collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps stakeholders to implement operational strategies that accelerate pipeline development and elevate Go-To-Market success What You'll Do Develop and implement marketing operations strategies that support broader marketing goals, in particular in the areas of audience targeting and customer segmentation. Manage and optimize the Marketing Tech Stack, including Marketo, Salesforce, and 6Sense. Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and recommend data-driven solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing processes are integrated and aligned across the business. Lead and mentor a team of marketing operations professionals, supporting growth and accountability. Stay informed on emerging marketing technologies and recommend tools or process improvements as needed. What You've Done 5+ years of experience in marketing operations Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (MARKETO is a must), CRM systems (Salesforce), intent platforms (6Sense) ana data enrichment sources (Zoominfo). STRONG track record of analyzing performance metrics and translating insights into actionable improvements. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results. Experience leading and developing a team. Who You Are Strategic thinker with a strong bias for action and continuous improvement. Data-driven and detail-oriented, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communicator and collaborator who thrives in cross-functional environments. Organized, curious and proactive in identifying and addressing operational gaps. Familiarity with tools like Tableau or other BI platforms is a plus but not required. The base salary compensation range targeted for this role is $164,000 - $205,000, with an opportunity to earn an annual bonus or commission (subject to the terms and conditions of the plan).
