The Security Officer is an armed position serving as the point of contact for security related issues. This position also patrols on foot and in vehicles industrial and commercial premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates surrounding the base. Security Officers are on staff 24/7 and are expected to perform shift work.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
* Monitor and authorize base access; entrance and departures of employees and visitors.
* Respond to emergencies and crimes in progress, coordinate with local law enforcement, call fire department and report emergencies.
* Establish Cordons, Entry Control Points, Traffic Control Points, use the Incident Command System
* Answer alarms and investigate disturbances.
* Work in an actively armed status.
* Write reports of daily activities and irregularities such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
* Patrol Air Base property to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure the security of Air Force assets.
* Follow security related SOPs.
* Monitor flight-line and guards government assets.
* Monitor traffic on base and make traffic stops accordingly.
* Report any suspicious activity.

The Production Technician will be responsible for making all production batches. They will be required to operate in a safe manner at all times. Must be organized and able to follow detailed standard operating procedures and communicate effectively. Capable of making all production batches in either the Cationic or Anionic production areas.
Experience with welding and fabrication (preferred).
Manufactures batches based on the production schedule.
Maintains accurate records of batch manufacture.
Follows lab instructions on batch adjustments.
Reports/documents any process or equipment problems (via work orders, incident reports, etc). Takes equipment/processes out of service as required.
Performs and documents all specified steps as outlined on the batch ticket. Reports off-schedule or non-conforming conditions to Production Supervisor or Operation Manager.
Follows all company requirements for properly labeling in-process as well as finished goods containers.
Maintains a clean and safe work area.
Participates during inventory activities.
Unloads or loads bulk tanker trucks.
Reports all accidents and spills to Production Supervisor.
Must be able to comply with all OSHA, EPA, and DOT compliance polices.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or higher.
1-5 years of chemical production experience.
Requires overall knowledge of reactors, instruments, filters, pumps, forklifts, scales, and standard test equipment and plant processes.
Familiarity with OSHA and EPA regulations as they apply to chemical plant operations; Knowledge of DOT Hazardous Material Regulations
