Job DescriptionDPR Construction is seeking a leader to support our Core Markets and Account Management (CM/AM) teams by serving as the primary coordination point between business stakeholders, project-level teams, and DPR's centralized Data Engineering resources.
This role will focus on understanding business and project needs, shaping requests, coordinating execution, and ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery across data analytics, data engineering, AI/ML, software development, and related capabilities.
The individual will also lead a small team of account-facing Data & Development resources embedded across DPR's key accounts and will champion standardized processes, tools, and dashboards across all accounts. Over time, this role is expected to grow deeper data engineering fluency, but day-to-day success depends on strong coordination, prioritization, and stakeholder leadership.
Key Responsibilities
1. Core Markets & Account Management - Data Engineering Coordination Lead
Serve as the primary Data & Development partner for Core Market and Account Management leaders, ensuring requests are clearly defined, prioritized, and routed to the appropriate execution teams.
Key responsibilities include:
Act as the primary point of contact for data and technology needs across Core Markets and Account Management.

Directly manage, coach, and support account-facing Data & Development resources.
Ensure consistent intake, triage, and prioritization processes across all key accounts.
Coordinate requests across accounts to identify common needs, overlaps, and standardization opportunities.

Partner with Account Management leadership to align data and technology efforts with account strategies.

Oversee the QA/QC process for all deliverables, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to established standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency across projects.
3. Global Delivery & Execution Coordination
Coordinate and prioritize execution with centralized Data Analytics and Data Engineering teams located in both the U.S. and India.
Provide clear requirements, priorities, and success criteria to offshore teams.
Ensure effective communication across time zones and teams.
Monitor progress, surface risks, and resolve blockers to keep delivery on track.

Education and Experience
* Minimum of a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a Structural focus.
* Master's degree in Structural Engineering preferred.
* Have Professional Engineer (PE) license. Structural Engineer (SE) license preferred. Setup and maintain an NCEES record for licensure.
* Eight years of experience working in the building structural engineering field. At least five years of experience related to CFS design.
Physical Requirements
* Ability to sit or stand at a desk and work from a computer for prolonged periods of time.
* Ability to travel to perform site visits at various project locations around the country.
* Ability to lift a minimum of 15 pounds if needed.

Position Description: Assist sales team in creating proposals, developing new leads and connecting with clients.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities*:
* Responsible for proposal writing, marketing presentations, strategy, and organization of internal resources for assigned prospects.
* Research and determine qualified target areas, projects, and clients.
* Develops new sales leads through cold calling, market research, and participation in industry events.
* Develop/track/maintain lists of opportunities in local region.
