Job Summary:
The Associate position is charged with preparing correspondence accurately and in a timely manner, preparing workpapers with definitive conclusions, and preparing financial statements and returns.

Tax Preparation and Accounting
Complete a variety of financial reporting projects, including financial statement audits, internal control system reviews, and accounting assistance.
Perform a variety of tax projects, including preparation of business and individual tax returns, tax planning, and research.
Examine, reconcile, and analyze financial information such as balance sheets, fixed asset ledger, income statements, and monthly/quarterly operating results.
Successfully identify accounting, business, and tax issues/opportunities and develop solutions/recommendations.
Administrative Tasks
Works independently with minimum supervision.
Follows all policies and procedures established by the firm.
Enters time daily to ensure current and accurate tracking of hours.
Assigns hours to each client to ensure accurate billing.
Follows safety rules according to the firm Injury and Illness Prevention Program (IIPP)
Marginal Functions

Education
