What You'll Do
As part of MVA's commitment to excellence, we are seeking a dedicated Education and Development Coordinator to join our team. You will be responsible for mentoring, training, and developing our Emergency and ICU staff through one-on-one coaching, hands-on instruction, and oversight of educational progress. This role is key in fostering the professional growth and clinical competency of our veterinary assistants and technicians. In this role, you will:
Provide individualized, hands-on training to veterinary assistants and technicians in clinical procedures, protocols, and client communication
Develop and implement training plans tailored to team member experience and goals
Track progress and provide ongoing assessments and feedback to support team development
Work collaboratively with leadership to identify skills gaps and provide appropriate educational resources
Foster a positive, supportive learning environment focused on skill advancement and professional growth
Coordinate ongoing training and case discussions, continuing education activities, and internal workshops
Participate in direct patient care, either in a one-to-one training capacity or by managing patients independently

Requirements

Summary:
The Physical Therapist evaluates, diagnoses, and treats patients with physical impairments to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life. Working in settings such as hospitals, clinics, and rehabilitation centers, they create personalized, evidence-based treatment plans using exercise and manual therapy to help patients recover and become independent. This role requires strong clinical skills, effective communication, critical thinking, and a commitment to high-quality, safe patient care.
Essential Work Functions:
Evaluate patients' physical conditions using standardized tests, clinical examinations, and patient history to identify functional limitations and treatment need
Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and patient goals
Implement physical therapy treatment plans using various techniques to improve patient mobility and reduce pain
Operate specialized physical therapy equipment and modalities safely and effectively, ensuring proper maintenance and calibration of devices
Assess patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and accurately document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record
Work closely with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and optimize treatment outcomes
Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, proper body mechanics, injury prevention strategies, and self-management techniques to promote long-term functional recovery
Maintain a safe treatment environment by adhering to infection control protocols, safety guidelines, and regulatory standards while addressing patients' comfort needs during therapy sessions
Engage in quality assurance initiatives and professional development activities to remain current with best practices in physical therapy
Collaborate in discharge planning to ensure smooth transitions and continued patient progress in community or home-based settings
Perform other duties as assigned within scope of practice
Required Essential Skills:
Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills
The ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language
Ability to read/comprehend written instructions, follow verbal instructions, and proficiency in PC skills
Physical Abilities - Must be able to remain in a stationary position, move about, move equipment (50-100lbs), push, pull, and bend
Interpersonal Skills - Must be able to work effectively with a variety of personnel (professional and ancillary) to present a positive attitude and professionalism
Technical/Motor Skills - Must have the ability to grasp, perform fine manipulation, push/pull, and move about when assisting with procedures and/or using department equipment
Mental Requirements - Must be able to cope with frequent contact with the general public and customers while meeting deadlines under pressure. Must be able to work under close supervision occasionally, as well as working without assistance from other personnel. Must be able to contend with irregular activity schedules occasionally and continuous concentration to detail
Sensory - Must possess visual acuity and ability to effectively communicate

We're looking for seasoned .NET Core engineers to build Ops Platform. You'll design and implement microservices and containerized workloads, build modern Angular front-ends, and craft robust SQL solutions. The ideal candidate brings strong engineering fundamentals, production experience with distributed systems, and a pragmatic test-driven development (TDD) mindset.
Below are the tasks that these positions will be responsible for
Design & build secure, performant .NET Core (C#) services (REST/gRPC) following domain-driven and 12-factor principles.
Model data and optimize SQL (indexes, query tuning, partitioning); contribute to schema evolution and migration strategies in Microsoft SQL Server.
Develop front-ends with Angular 16+ that integrate cleanly with microservice APIs.
Containerize apps with Docker; collaborate on Kubernetes deployments (lower envs).
Adopt TDD: write unit/integration tests, participate in code reviews, pair programming, and continuous refactoring.
Own reliability: implement observability (logs/metrics/traces), circuit-breakers and back-pressure; contribute to SLOs/runbooks.
Automate CI/CD: pipelines, build promotions.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, QA, and platform teams to deliver platform features on predictable cadences.
Must-Have Qualifications
8+ years of professional software development.
5+ years of strong SQL expertise (SQL Server and exposure to PostgreSQL is desirable): query optimization, indexing strategies, transaction semantics.
5+ years of hands-on with Angular versions 14 to 18 , responsive UI and accessibility best practices.
5+ years of proven experience with microservices architecture: service decomposition, API design, inter-service communication.
