Ability to interpret the National Electrical Code and apply safe work installations.

will be to provide on-site legal guidance in both the corporate and business areas with a focus on corporate, commercial, compliance and dispute resolution matters. REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
Experience, Knowledge & Education
U.S. law degree (J.D.) required and active bar membership.
Five (5) to eight (8) years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department with primary emphasis on corporate, employment, transactional, intellectual property, and/or product liability law.
Licensed (or able to become licensed) to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Clerkship a plus.
Experience with:
drafting and negotiating complex legal agreements.
