Conduct move-in/move-out inspections in coordination with the Service and Community Managers. Represent PEM professionally and respectfully in all resident and vendor interactions. Vendor & Project Support Assist with vendor coordination, project oversight, and quality control for contracted services. Verify completion of vendor work and ensure compliance with scope, budget, and deadlines. On-Call Responsibilities Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend maintenance emergencies. Document all after-hours incidents accurately and follow up with any necessary corrective actions. Additional Duties Support company-wide maintenance initiatives, process improvements, and training programs. Perform other duties as assigned by the Service Manager, Property Manager or Regional Manager. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in multifamily property maintenance or similar environment. 1+ year of supervisory or lead experience preferred.
