We invite you to join our team and become our Winery Cook/Prep! Gillig Winery provides delectable dishes utilizing a non-traditional “Bistro Kitchen”. Position requirements include, but not limited to, prepping food, cooking dishes for winery guests, assisting in organizing menus for events, adhering to any and all Health Department Standards, organizing kitchen processes to maintain high quality, safety, efficiency, and profitability.
Gillig Winery is hiring a Food Cook/Prep, preferably with kitchen knowledge or experience, but not required. Hours are part time, 20-30 hours per week (working hours vary and could include anytime as follows: occasional evenings on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays as needed for special events; Thursday-Saturday 10am-11pm). We are closed on Sundays.

Performs cooking and plating of food and clean up
Ensures all aspects of kitchen cleanliness, including storage areas and refrigeration units

Prepare vehicles for paint by functions such as sanding, light body work, taping, and chemically washing items to achieve a quality painting surface.
Responsibilities:
Occasionally perform body work of repairing holes, major dents and other general body work functions.
Buffing and polishing to obtain an acceptable quality of the finished product.
* Seal all seams and prepare all products properly.
* Wipe down all areas to be painted with a degreaser and solvent.
