Job Summary The Receptionist is the first contact to greet guests by phone and in person. The Receptionist will primarily answer calls and greet guests in a timely, pleasant and professional manner and provide information and assistance to other departments as needed. Responsibilities: Answer multi-line telephone system; determine caller's needs and route to the appropriate department. Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner. Provide an excellent customer service experience. Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson. Comply with all company policies, procedures and safety standards. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Excellent communication and customer service skills. Outgoing and positive demeanor.
