Maintain product knowledge certification and be able to articulate thorough knowledge and understanding of products
Must meet all daily and monthly performance goals; phone up percentages, appointments set percentages, show and sold percentages
Must be able and willing to make a high volume amount of calls a day
Document all communication with the customer in the customer management system
Complete internet lead management work plans on a daily basis
High volume calls, ranging from 50+ outbound calls per day and 50+emails each day
Follow all dealership processes and procedures, high frequency of contact with customers
Dedicate at least 3 hours of uninterrupted time each day to follow up on your own prospects
Must be comfortable role playing in front of team members during training
Excellent customer service skills & motivation to be successful
Be able to create and maintain customer relationships
Must arrive on time and be prompt to all shifts. Must remember to clock in and out for shifts and all breaks
Must have reliable transportation to and from work for all scheduled working hours
Advanced computer & phone skills
Minimum typing 35-40 words per minute at minimum

About the Position
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is vital to the flow of information within each of our collision centers. This position is responsible for handling incoming phone calls, greeting customers, and assisting the collision center staff with billing and appointments.
This is a full-time opportunity that works during the 7:45 am - 5:30 pm time frame, Monday through Friday. Essential Job Functions
Handle incoming phone traffic and ensure questions get answered or transferred to the appropriate person to assist them.
Schedule, confirm, and follow up on customer estimate, drop off, and pick up appointments
Greet customers that enter the facility and get their information
Regularly update customers on the status of their vehicles during the repair process
Monitor incoming Podium messages and reply or ensure that the appropriate person is assigned
Assist in preparing final billing
Supplemental Reviewing
Manage rental car reservations
Manage repair schedule and distribute work load
Communicate with insurance companies and fleet customers regarding payments, additional information or photos requested, etc.
Prepare folders for delivery of vehicles back to customers
Assist in final delivery of vehicles back to customers; walk them through the repairs and paperwork
Maintain safe and clean lobby area, including stocking pens and marketing materials
Order office supplies as needed
Other duties as assigned by supervisor(s)
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years of experience with over the phone customer service experience
Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background/credit check
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
Prior Automotive Service or Auto Body experience is preferred
Prior experience working in CCC One preferred

About the Position
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is vital to the flow of information within each of our collision centers. This position is responsible for handling incoming phone calls, greeting customers, and assisting the collision center staff with billing and appointments.
This is a full-time opportunity that works during the 7:45 am - 5:30 pm time frame, Monday through Friday. The Customer Service Representative will report to the Collision Center Manager and pay will commensurate with the chosen candidate's experience.
Essential Job Functions
Handle incoming phone traffic and ensure questions get answered or transferred to the appropriate person to assist them.
Schedule, confirm, and follow up on customer estimate, drop off, and pick up appointments
Greet customers that enter the facility and get their information
Regularly update customers on the status of their vehicles during the repair process
Monitor incoming Podium messages and reply or ensure that the appropriate person is assigned
Assist in preparing final billing
Supplemental Reviewing
Manage rental car reservations
Manage repair schedule and distribute work load
Communicate with insurance companies and fleet customers regarding payments, additional information or photos requested, etc.
Prepare folders for delivery of vehicles back to customers
Assist in final delivery of vehicles back to customers; walk them through the repairs and paperwork
Maintain safe and clean lobby area, including stocking pens and marketing materials
Order office supplies as needed
Other duties as assigned by supervisor(s)
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years of experience with over the phone customer service experience
Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background/credit check
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
Prior Automotive Service or Auto Body experience is preferred
Prior experience working in CCC One preferred

Job Overview:
The Discrepancy Representative will be responsible for identifying, creating, and resolving any contract discrepancies.
Responsibilities:
* Review and communicate contract discrepancies (errors) in written form to the dealer via Case360. This process involves verifying contract details identified by the contract administrators (these are contracts routed to the Discrepancy Review queue) to ensure they are in line with MBFS policies and guidelines, as well as, any state or federal regulations. If the discrepancy is valid, the Discrepancy Representative will type the notification and send it to the dealer. (75%)
* Follow-up on outstanding contract discrepancies with the dealer. This process involves making outbound calls to the dealers who have contracts held beyond 5 days old. This process is required once a week. (10%)
