Becky joined Gilsbar in 2017 and is responsible for the financial and people side of the business, coordinating both finance and human resources to achieve company goals. With over 25 years of experience in the accounting sector, Ms. Pathoumthong worked at Arthur Andersen, Stryker Corporation, and Alfasigma USA, Inc. prior to joining Gilsbar. She is a member of the Society of Louisiana CPA’s and received her Bachelor of Science in management with a concentration in accounting from Tulane University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude.

As President of Health & Life and Chief Operating Officer, Schott has focused on continuous process improvement and creating efficiencies across all aspects of the Gilsbar TPA. Over the years, her role has included oversight of information technology, compliance, account management, and most recently, MedCom Care Management LLC. Her insurance industry experience began as a professional liability loss prevention counsel for the Louisiana State Bar Association before running Gilsbar Specialty Insurance Services LLC, Gilsbar’s professional liability division. Prior to joining Gilsbar, she practiced law for 10 years. She received her Bachelor of Science in accounting from the University of New Orleans and graduated from Loyola University School of Law.

Doug Layman is an Health Insurance Advisor at Rallyon and EVP and Chief Sales & Marketing Officer at Gilsbar and is based in New Orleans, Louisiana.
