Well known brand makes it easy to engage with the market. Work load isn't too bad, most people in the company aren't very motivated and advancement is not really a thing here, so it's a great place to coast if that's what you're trying to do.

Management is super toxic and inexperienced so it's impossible to get anything done. There are very few people who's opinion matters and every one else is just expected to be yes-men. There's not a whole lot of transparency or integrity. Management will openly lie to employees and customers and respond aggressively to anyone who questions them. . They flash fancy commission and bonus plans but if they think you are doing too well, they'll change targets half way through the year so they don't have to pay you as much.

Management is really incompetent so if you just nod your head and don't rock the boat, you can basically collect a paycheck without all that much work. They've really run this company into the ground in the last couple years so it's hard to distinguish between someone trying to trudge through the muck and someone not doing anything at all. Most of the people who cared to try have left in recent years. People don't seem to last more then a year or two these days.
