The camp operates with daily exposure to various weather conditions and animals such as bugs, raccoons, and other wilderness animals common to the area. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Assist in overseeing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of overall camp operations. Work with the Camp Experience Coordinator and the Outdoor Program Supervisor to ensure parent and camper satisfaction. Ensure program schedules are prepared and implemented daily. Assist in arranging staff assignments for weekly unit pairings. Regularly evaluate program success and campers' skill development in activities by analyzing surveys and feedback. Must possess and maintain a valid CPR/First Aid Certification throughout the position's employment dates. Training will be available. Must have at least 2 years documented experience teaching or interacting in youth programming. Must submit a basic health history form as set by the American Camping Association. Ability to spend time sitting, utilizing the computer, and standing and walking throughout the facilities. Ability to lift up to 15 pounds periodically. Must possess endurance including prolonged standing, some bending, stooping, and stretching.
