Hi Nat. GitHub is known to have had a particularly toxic working culture, specifically for minority groups. How do you plan to address the issue of inclusion and bias within the company?

We are by no means perfect, but fostering a diverse and inclusive environment is very important to the leadership at Microsoft. GitHub has been on its own journey in this area, and I look forward to supporting them on this path, and holding the team to the same high standards of Microsoft.
